I would highly recommend them. We had this company put in a garage door a few years ago. At the time we were told our motor was good and we didnt need to replace it. I liked that the owner didnt try to sell us something we didnt need at the time. But, like most things that are 20 years old, the motor broke down yesterday. I called this morning to see when they would be able to come and take a look at it . The owner told me he would stop by today. After looking at the motor he gave me two options, fix it or get a new one. I chose to get a new one. The owner told me they could get a new motor installed today and as promised his team came out and installed it this afternoon. This will be the only garage door company I will ever recommend. They have great customer service and they have delivered on their word both times we have used them.

I was having issues with the unit on my garage door and I called in the morning and Bill came out 3 hours later and my garage door was working in no time. He even reset all my openers and door codes for me. I’m usually not the type to write reviews but was truly impressed and wanted to share my experience.

They did a great job at keeping us in the loop with where things stood. There were delays due to COVID-19 and factory shutdown, but I knew exactly what was going on thanks to phone calls from the owner. Installers who came out were on time and easy to talk with. Our new doors look great and we highly recommend Garage Door Systems!

Called in the morning when my garage door wouldnt open all the way. They called me back within a couple hours and had a crew out to fix it in about an hour! In a covid world where it seems like everything is back ordered and theres a waitlist for whatever you need, I forgot what it was like to have something taken care of so quickly. I dont have experiences with any other garage door companies and now I never will. Well done gentlemen!

Bill came out on a Saturday helped me get my car out of the garage because my garage door spring broke. One his workers came back out on Monday and did a wonderful job of fixing it. A very nice young man and very polite. A huge thank you to Bill and his worker for coming so quickly in this below zero weather it is appreciated.

When I called they said they would try to come around 1:00 pm, showed up at 1:02. Looked at my opener, and knew the problem right away Said it would take about an hour and cost around $160. He finished in an hour, and the bill was $160. Friendly and professional worker. Excellent

They did a great job with my garage door! They were quick and clean. They came highly recommended so I did not price shop, I feel like it was a good price.

The worst experience ever!!!!!! The guy did nothing of what we discussed. My girlfriend was not happy he didnt replace the piece we talk about and put completely something different on it with empty drill holes all over the place. She called and tried to discuss with him the work he yelled at her and said I dont care find someone else to do it. She then replied to him Im not trying to fuss with about and the cost is not a problem we just want done what we asked for and quality work.
