They installed my irrigation system in May and my yard had sod already installed. I was concerned about damage to my lawn. After the sprinkler install the yard still looked great. The crew was careful and left me a diagram of my yard where it showed the lines and sprinklers. Highly recommend them

Do youre homework ahead of time. Our zone valves werent working right so we had River City Irrigation come out to take a look. They ended up replacing all 15 of the diaphragms in our system at over twice the fare retail value. Unlike what their website says we did not get a price quote ahead of time. Afterwards I did some research and found out that these parts need to be cleaned over time (look it up online) When I called to question the bill I was asked why I called them in the first place if I knew so much? I was promised a call from the owner but hadnt received one in over a week. Our service call pretty much amounted to highway robbery.

I had an emergency situating today with two cut Irrigation pipes.I had first stopped by River City Lawnscape located just down the road from my home and was told that they had the pipe but wouldnt sell it to me, and I should buy it online or ask River City Irrigation.So I went to River City Irrigation. They were incredibly helpful, listened to me, and understood my predicament.I was out the door in 10 minutes with everything I needed to end my stressful day.They have a customer for life.Great service, great people. They treated me like a neighbor. I wont forget them going above and beyond. *Highly Recommend.
