Wish I could give no stars...unfortunately I have no idea what is going on with this company. I called and set up an appointment to have a retaining wall installed. The guy showed up and said I needed to add fill before he could give me a proper estimate. I put in the fill with in 2 months and tried calling the guy again. The guy wasnt answering my calls or replying to messages. I finally got a hold of the guy and then he cut out on the phone like he was in a bad reception area....but then never called me back..I pursued them again and the same thing happened a couple weeks later. I figured out the guy was dodging me for what ever reason. I then was able to get a hold of the past owner by calling the same number? The guy said he would look into what was going on. He got back to me and said that the other guy said he came out multiple times and that I was wasting his time by not needing a wall...I replied with that wasnt the truth and why would I still be calling if I didnt need a wall? The guy said he would look into it again. I then didnt hear from him for a week. The original guy called and left me a voice message that I replied to later in the day but he did not answer. I then called the owner again and he said again he would try to figure out what is going on. Then he called me back a few minutes later and said he himself would come out to give us the estimate finally at some point that week. Well I never heard from him...or either of them. I gave up and moved on. There seems to be miscommunication in the company and with their customers. As a construction professional and military member, I find this ridiculous and poor customer service. i am not sure how they hold a business to be honest. I do not recommend these guys to anyone. They are a waste of your time. There are other locals in the area that would love your business. And if they cant get the work done right away they can definitely plan something for upcoming seasons.
