So my wife & I just picked up our mattress at Box Drop in La Crosse. Albert was a pleasure to deal with. He was very pleasant & no pressure for my wife and I to try out and decide on am important matter, what we would be sleeping on for the next several years.Albert was very knowledgeable about his products (BEDS)! If you are thinking about replacing your bed I would definitely suggest you get down there to Box Drop & get a great deal on their quality mattresses, you wont be disappointed, we sure werent!

Today we had a mattress emergency and needed three twin mattresses as our previous ones in storage molded! We did not realize we needed an appointment and just stopped in and luckily someone else had an appointment so they were open. The manager Albert was fantastic and helped both his scheduled appointment and our walk in visit without skipping a beat! I highly recommend these guys! They have a great selection at amazing price points:) Don’t waste your money elsewhere-oh and they deliver too!

This business is run by a scam artist. He posted on Facebook Marketplace that he had a liquidation sale in mattresses for $40 a mattress. I drove an hour in -12 degree weather for him to show up 20 minutes late, and tell me $40 is their finance option. I also asked a bunch of questions for clarification online, and he never told me it was $40 to finance a $700 (minimum) mattress. Who is bad enough with their money to finance a mattress anyway?

I’m so glad I checked this place out before buying. Albert is the owner and guy I worked with. He was awesome and genuinely cared more about what I needed rather than just selling me something. He also didn’t crowd me or pressure me into buying. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, please do yourself a favor and check this place out before you hit the big box stores.

BoxDrop has a good selection of mattresses, ranging from very cheap to very expensive. My girlfriend and I went in just to browse, and ended up walking out with a brand new mattress. We got the mattress for $400 and it retails at $1200 most places. Ive slept great every night since getting this mattress, thank you to the owner and the young guy who delivered it to us!
