I made an appointment to have a dent removed in my van. They changed the appointment to two weeks later and told me it would be four days for it to be completed. I dropped off my van as they requested on a Sunday night and I called them on Wednesday afternoon to see when I could pick up my van the next day. They said they havent even started it yet so they dont know. Why make an appointment? Then change it again to two weeks later? I drove 50 miles one way to drop off my van. I would never use this company in the future. They do not stand by their word. I came and picked up my van and took it to another shop the next week and got it back the day they said it would be done.
