Today was my first visit and it was exceptional. I haven’t been to the optometrist in over 10 years so I was long overdue. I saw Dr. Kimbal and he was great. He was very kind, very caring to my situation and he explained everything perfectly. He was also very professional. Dr. Kimball and Dr. Glabe are two of the most knowledgeable eye doctors I have ever met. I used to always hate going to the eye doctor because I was always rushed to make decisions about the lenses I wanted. That was not the case at La Grande Family Eye Care. Dr. Kimball made me feel like I was his only patient and he wanted to take the time to get me the glasses that would make me the most comfortable and give me the best vision. La Grande Family eye care also has a really nice staff who will try their hardest to work with your schedule. Ive been to a handful of Optometrists and Doctor Glabe stands out as the best practitioner by far. When I first got to La Grande I had terrible vision with ghosting and I felt hopeless because Ive seen so many eye doctors who failed to improve my condition. I saw doctor Glabe and he was so thorough with the refraction and I just felt like this was going to work. I got my glasses in the mail and my vision is 200 percent better. He really is the best.
