Ive stayed here twice and both times with a 0 people wait Ive had to wonder around the store for literally over an hour just to get a shower. Its either every slow shower trucker dwells here or they just dont care to clean the showers. Negative stars for shower but they are polite once I always notify them of the wait.

Nice place, good parking lot and easy access but just have three showers and im waiting two hours for shower.

Be nice if they would not run out of coffee first thing in the morning during shift change. More than often I go there around 7 a.m. and the coffee is usually gone. Its a truck stop and it should never happen

I would give it 5 stars because the staff members are friendly and it is clean. But, the music is head banging heavy metal music and REALLY NOT APPROPRIATE for the general traveling public and truck drivers. American ones anyway. Being forced to listen to this kind head banging music that is only good for the younger party going croud just makes us want to get what we need and then run out of this Flying J and not stay around and look at stuff and maybe spend money on more things. Maybe it is a Oregon thing but most truck drivers I know are not pot smoker heavy metal music listeners so some sort of music for the general public like country or soft rock is better and then we will stick around listening to something more pleasing where we can stop and shop. How can your employees stand being subject to listening to it for an 8 hour shift? After 20 minutes I get a headache. Please not every body likes to listen to head banging heavy metal music change the channel. And we will stay longer.

All that work to update the store and still a second rate flying J. Seriously, if youre going to have prime parking maybe put it on paved ground so your lines stay painted. It doesnt really work to paint gravel my dudes.

Fedex SLOWING DOWN AMERICA AT EVERY GAS STOP WHEN THEY HAVE THERE OWN PUMPS!!! at 730 am taking a 30 min break at a pump when lines of trucks scramble to fuel and yes Fedex has its own fuel stations so this is how it goes freedom turns to ignorance and misery and no one at the gas pump here even is interested but the expect the customers to act as security guards which is a massive legal liability but anyways I’ll never fuel here

The restaurant itself is why I stop. I dont know if Ive just had a streak of good luck or the cooks are just that good. Its a clean friendly little stop. A lot of happy faces here. I love the Pilot Flying Js

The only reason for 1 star is bc of their entrance to the fuel islands- there is a massive drop, it bottoms out your suspension.I shot my shocks bc of that drops.

Used to be one of my favorite stops on the road until the closed the great restaurant and put a subway in like every other stop on the road. Sad sad sad

I was impressed by the friendly helpful way all staff from front clerks to the girls in the sub shop making food were . I was in food service and hospitality for 35 years before driving, and Ive been very disappointed the last five thinking that this was not possible any more thanks staff at flying j in lagrande Or

Very new, very nice, very clean and worth the price. Clerks and staff are very kind and the station is located in a beautiful place!

These guys take care of you. Theres a tall man there, who was very accommodating, took care of multiple customers at once. Quick service, friendly staff.

The improvements are spectacular. They should of done this years ago.

Not sure what people are talking about, there is no restaurant, just a subway. The store was a typical Flying J, bathrooms were clean However, the truck parking lot is no more than a dirt field and so dusty, our semi was a mess from parking there overnight. Would have been better off parking on the side of a paved road Worst Flying J parking we have ever been to. Needs the lot redone desperately!

We were passing through on the morning of September 27th and after a long trip and making many stops to fuel up, our experience here was by far the best. The staff was very friendly and the restrooms were clean. More so than most of the stops along the way. Laura was incredibly nice and unprompted, she got creative with combining a few coupons and ended up saving us almost $10! We didn’t ask for it and she took it upon herself to do so and also shared a few comments about how important it is to take the time to spread kindness. We met a lot of folks along the way who were a lot less friendly and courteous. Thank you!

My husband pulled into the Flying J while I was asleep. I have not purchased anything from them or Pilot for over a year... when they stopped flying the American flag for fear of offending Islamic truck drivers. When questioned, they lied, saying their flag poles were under repair. Wrong. Still no flags a year later. I refuse to patronize such an unpatriotic, untruthful company.

The hot deli breakfast burrito was surprisingly very good! I was actually set on being disappointed. Haha. The cashier at the fuel desk was very polite. Thanks.

At first impression this seemed like a very comfortable place to stop while moving from Missouri to the Pacific Northwest. I was absolutely wrong. Adam the cashier/clerk not only made suggestive comments to me but also attempted to hit on me. Told me what time he was off and implied I should return then. I will not be returning to such a business and am appalled at this experience. I hope Management takes this seriously and handles it accordingly.

Very small dirty and dusty lot.. Smallish pilot truck stop with poor pavement and lots of 4 wheeler traffic. No difference in 4 wheeler and semi traffic here, its all the same. Not the best inside either. Good in the middle of no place though!

Such good food. Kyle and Luis are the best. They make you feel so comfortable and important. Your coffee cup rarely if ever goes dry. They keep that cup filled. Great place to stop and take a break even if the mountain isnt shut down for weather. They have daily specials. ❤❤😀

Waited an hour for a shower just to find out that only 1 shower was working. The lady cleaning the shower was rude and unprofessional. So Bird Bath it was. As we were still # 5 on the shower list. 😤

Traveled from Oregon to Montana on my way back I stopped here and this was the first bathroom/truck stop I’ve stopped at that I seen someone cleaning the bathrooms constantly! Clean and very nice people

My husband and I love this restaurant!Their food is always amazing and the service is outstanding! We especially liked Luis .. he was one of the best servers we’ve ever encounter.. funny, quick and just an all around good guy!Thanks Luis!

We had a large family dinner here after a sporting event. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and the food. Will definitely come back next time Im in town.

Once again, another great restaurant is gone, and replaced by some inferior chain restaurant. This time its a Subway. Im glad Im getting out of trucking. I used to look forward eating here. Now I have no reason. This place went from being special to just being like every other Pilot out there... except the parking lot isnt even paved. I hope the place in Baker City is still open... Ill go there instead when I want real food.

Remodeling so they dont have much. No hot water, outdoor bathroom. Roller grill empty. A couple of sandwiches almost sold out of the little they have. Portable potty.

Only good for fuel now.... Restaurant closed... Planned replacement with subway and some sort of pizza joint. This USED to be our favorite planed stopping place for many years ... Along with several anniversary type dinners. Very heart breaking to see it close so many great memories crushed by this closing. Ill have to look for another place to stop along this route.

Restaurant was amazing. Food was cooked to perfection, my omelet was awesome. The waitress was great best one weve had on the road in months. I stared this place to make sure we stop here again.

Used to be a great place to sit and have a great meal, now we get to deal with fast food.Wont be stopping here again. To bad my company makes us fuel at off. At least ta/ petro gives us a choice.

Diesel is cheaper here,now i know why, they sell water instead diesel,usually i make 5.7mpg. But with this fuel 4.1mpg.

Clean Restrooms!Unfortunately, not very pet friendly. I took our dog for a walk and restroom break in their grass area. Soon realized within the short grass and rocks, there are thorn rocks? Not attached to any plant, just on the ground. No go! Strong and thick enough to stick to the bottom of my slides. When I went to remove them, the thorns broke off, and stayed in the shoes.

Still miss the restaurant but the remodeling has improved the place and customer service inside is always good...

False advertising. They have a massive sign you can see from a mile away advertising Diesel for $2.19 but when you pull up to the pump it’s $2.55. Thanks for wasting 10 minutes of me time when I’m already in a tight schedule on a 1200 mile trip...moving on to Pendleton for Diesel.

Makes me wonder if Flying J is going out of business...and if it might not be best if they did. The restaurant here is definitely going out of business (for very good reason).Management and employees are scary. Unlike the hundreds of other truck stops I visit all over the country, I felt very unsafe here and will make every effort to plan my route so as to avoid having to stop here in the future.

Coffee had an odd taste. I dont know if its the water or mildew in the coffee dispenser. No options for breakfast because the restaurant was closed. Very outdated. Showers were clean but not automated. So you cant reserve from the app. Staff was friendly.

I ordered foot long egg n cheese. It supposed to be with two big egg pieces and 4 slices of cheese. They put just one piece of egg and two slices of cheese in foot long. After I asked them they said they were told to put just one in it and charged me full amount for that

Was a good stop. They was working on the floors but other then that I have no complaints.

Some of the food prices are high. Fair selection. Older building. Nice staff. Can pump your own gas finally. Great big wash outside with long handles. When on a trip this makes a big difference. It removed my heavily bugged windshield easily and quickly.

Its great if all u need is gas or diesel and friendly chat, other than that. The restaurant is down the bathroom is outside an poor select of items to choose from.

Wouldn’t serve me after already being served once to pay for a shower and being there for an hour.

Just ate their fish and chips dinner. It came with Cole slaw and big fat old school fries and lemon slices, and tartar sauce. Its the best Ive had with the exception of a fish house up in the Pacific northwest. Very delicious. All the employees from the trucks to side to the restaurant were very wonderful friendly excellent mannered folks. Im a 23yr otr driver and this visit was very refreshing.

I like flying Js and pilots. Lots of parking, reserved parking available for your 18 wheel big rig truck,convenient fuel stop, convince store pricing lots of products. Staff is nice and the showers are 4+ stars.

Very disappointed they shut down the full service restaurant only to put in yet another Subway (we already had two in town). A big loss for this little town and the travelers that come through.

Diesel, DEF, gas, showers and drinks here as of 12/17/2019 at 1500PST.Nothing else. No hot deli, no restaurant and no roller grill. If youre hungry. Order Dominos or Pizza Hut. They will deliver because I ordered Dominos which was 2.7mi away. I didnt check on who else delivers. I was satisfied with Dominos.

I traveled from Loveland CO with my family. Had very low cash. My daughter and I came in for toast and fruit. Our waiter was kind enough to help us out with a full meal that I shared with my family. I would like to to thank Jordan for his kind heart and wonderful service. You made my day.
