Rachelle Smith was a life saver…while starting out our vacation I discovered I was missing the connecting piece from the mask to the hose.,.On our way through Oregon I looked at the map for c-pap suppliers and called Norco Rachelle answered the phone and when I asked if they had the elbow she took time to check and said would hold it for me. When I arrived inLaGrande I went to the office and she had the needed item in a zip lock back and with a smile gave me the elbow and would not take any money she said just be sale. There are a rare few companies that will serve customers like we received this morning. I am on vacation and found that a key component of my CPAP was missing. I have nearly suffocated for the first half of my vacation. I found Norco on Google and called this morning. Rachelle did not hesitate and told me to come right in. She went to great lengths to see that I had what I needed and found a sample that fit my machine. She wouldn’t take any pay! Nikki Ployhar and the ladies in front office are amazing women who i love dearly. They take your concerns to heart and answer all questions to the best of their knowledge. I started dealing with these guys in early April. These guys are great. Rachelle has and is so helpful to me, she has went out of her way to help me. She is a considerate caring person in this tough time for me. Stacey,Paul and Russell are just as great and professional.
