Drivers try and park facing the front of the office.So the truck end nose should be pointing towards the big sign they have on the corner of the building. Dock is in the middle. Kinda like a Chicago type of dock. Inside the building.The picture showing the trailer is so you can see that at the end is also an entry for the side dock. I dont think thats for trucks outside the company.Hopefully this is helpful

Mountain West made our move so much easier. We have always done moves on our own but this time we decided to hire someone and going with Mountain West was one of our best decisions on this move. They were pretty accurate in the estimate they gave us. They showed up on time, and were careful with our belongings, and were really friendly. Im hoping we never have to move again but if we do I hope we are half as lucky as we were using Mountain West.

Very courteous and professional. I have used this moving company 3 times and been very satisfied as have been our friends. Some antique porcelain knobs were lost from an oak sideboard on a recent shipment, but Kaiger and the folks on the Indiana worked to find them and were successful.

I just completed a move from La Grande, OR to Moscow, ID with Mountain West Moving. These guys are incredible! Courteous, efficient, friendly yet professional, CAREFUL! They chose to manually carry boxes into our home rather than risk damaging our new laminate floors with a dolly. The entire crew was outstanding in every way, and made our move so much more pleasant with their smiles and great attitudes. They were extremely easy to work with, and listened to and followed my preferences without a single complaint. I do not believe you could find a more outstanding crew of movers anywhere! I was very happy with the estimate process, they came out and did a through job of listing everything and asking good questions about what was being moved. The furniture arrived in the time frame I was given and unloaded by three nice men and placed where I requested.My complaint was that one piece that was packed by them was repacked at another location and damaged in the process. As I did not take out insurance with this company I did not even get a response when I contacted them. I was not asking for money or anything just some satisfaction of discussing the issue.Overall I would use this company again.

Money well spent! Very affordable and the men that arrived were hard workers. I had to ask them to take breaks on several occasions and candidly, I would hire them myself if I could. These men moved my office in record time and also my home. I recommend them to anyone. I worked hard on getting everything ready before they arrived. The trick is to actually pack everything into boxes that you physically can. They will take care of the rest.

CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT CANT BE BEAT!!! - - - 5 STARS - - - I was faced with moving all of my fathers belongings BY MYSELF! I had already made three stops before I reached Mountain Movers. There was so much stuff in the truck it was doubtful if everything would fit in the 26 Penske rental truck. The crew was on it in a flash. They made time in their schedule and allowed me to hire 5 guys. They unpacked and repacked the entire truck in about 1.5 hours! It would have taken me all day and i still would not have fit it all in the truck. Mountain Movers is the most accommodating moving services I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Give them a call you wont be sorry.

As someone who has lived in one location for nine years, I was apprehensive about the prospect of others moving my furniture, and basically my life from Pendleton to Bend. However, from the first phone call, Mountain West Moving was courteous, professional and everything arrived safe and sound at my new hometown under the estimated cost and in the time frame we had outlined. The team was efficient, on time and careful with everything from my large items (wrapping each piece of upholstered furniture in plastic), to each of my dishes and glasses in my kitchen shelves.
