Crown trophy was so great at helping me place on order for my hockey team! Tracy was very prompt in her email response and made placing the order so easy. I have had many trophies from here in the past and the quality is great. My older brother still has a trophy from his minor hockey days back in the early 2000s! (See photos- stick was broken off by destructive toddler lol!) Great company will be going back for future trophy needs

If I could give 50 stars, I would. The level of customer service was unbelievable! I cannot speak enough on how Lora and her staff did in regards to my order. I was struggling with what to get my team as an end of the year gift, and after spending time to get to know what I was looking for, she came up with the perfect idea, that was right in my price range. The order was completed on time, and the items were even better than I could have imagined. There is absolutely no way I would go anywhere else!

The staff is so very helpful. They helped me select the perfect trophies and medals for our basketball banquet. The trophies and medals were ready a day early and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Crown Trophy.

My future wife asked me to contact Crown Trophy for some printing needs we had for our wedding. These guys were great and can do it all. They had plenty of wedding suggestions that they could provide. Would definitely use them again.

Needed an item next to last minute for a softball homerun derby. They went above and beyond. Provided a floor sample for the presentation that night while the other was in route. Then proceeded to mail the final trophy to the winner!!! Store is clean and has no clutter! Julie called numerous times to let me know how the progress was going.

I used Crown Trophy in La Grange Park to create the table numbers and signage for our wedding in June. Crown Trophy created beautiful custom engraved acrylic table numbers. They also created a custom seating chart, guestbook, card & gifts, and welcome signs for the wedding. They were perfect, and a much better option than anything I found on Etsy or online, and it was customized for me. They did an amazing job and I would recommend Lora and the team to everyone.

Only gave 1 star because I was unable to give it a ZERO star rating. I ordered medals for my program, never received a call they were ready, 6 months later they are expecting me to pay for the medals I never received. Will never recommend or use this Crown trophy again! There are many other local trophy stores with better customer service
