Worst 7-Eleven ever!!!! Nothing EVER works, they never keep the store stocked, and the worst part is the staff ALWAYS closes the store during business hours every single day, multiple times consistently preventing customer from shopping. At this point shut the store down and allow another convenient store to take its place that will be open to it’s customers!!!

Slurpee machine never works which is what 711 is known for and they are always temporarily closed during store hours which is 24 hours espically at night its ridiculous! No convenience at this convenience store

This is my go to place for small things, as I just live down the street from there. But now it’s disappointing, I was charge almost 10 dollars for a hot dog, mini taco and a 3 rollers. I have to say their Quality of food has gone down. The tacos and the rulers were dried out, The hotdog bun was so hard because it sat in the heater. And the hotdog was under cook. I will never buy food from this place again. Plus the girl ask me how many mini tacos did I have, well as it’s self sever, grabs and go kind of thing, the employee should have know how many tacos you put in the container. Disappointed with the new management at this local 7-11.

I frequent this location quite often and I must say the customer service is great! David is awesome. I always feel appreciated. He goes above & beyond all the time. Such a kind person. Thank you for the great customer service!!!!

A COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE RESONATES THREW THE STORE ANY TIME MY DAUGHTER OR I HAVE A REQUEST OR QUESTION ABOUT A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THERE IS ALWAYS A CERTAIN 711 SALES ASSOCIATE NAMED ....DAVE [ He is a African American gentleman] DAVE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE OUR STOP AT THE STORE A SUCCESS AND ALWAYS HAS CONVERSATION THAT MAKES US FEEL WELCOME AND APPRECIATED FOR OUR PURCHASE...AND IN THE WORLD NOW WHERE WE CAN SPEND OUR MONEY IN A MULTITUDE OF STORES WHAT MAKES US CONTINUE TO CHOOSE 711 IS ...! How is a store not able to give people change? I have been in here for the last 3 days, and they have a sign that says they have no change? Not everyone wants to use a card to pay for stuff.

Every time Ive been to this location the employees have been friendly, helpful and informative. They point out deals they are running and offer tips on earning points via their app. Pleasant experience every time.

I used to live right down the block from this 7/11 & I cant believe Im barley writing this review months later but good thing I remembered the cashiers name, this is for Olivia who was always so welcoming every time me & my boyfriend came in & who asked to write a review to let them know how theyre doing, she is super friendly & knows customer service :)

Come here a lot and gotta say Olivia is a top notch employee. Always with the reccomendations and has never led me wrong. Good stuff

This location was recently changed over from previous owner and it has become a great neighborhood addition to our community..There is one particular employee a african american male named David ...thats what his name tag says well anyway everytime my daughter and myself are there he has gone above and beyond to make us welcome and assist us in any manner we may need from looking for a certain product or recommending items they have on sale or new for the season as my daughter and I are in the 711 everyday buying all kinds of things it is nice to always be greated when we walk in and thanked for our shopping when we leave ...ITS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR IN A WORLD WHERE EVERYONE IS SO ANGRY AND RUDE TO WALK INTO A STORE AND HAVE A EMPLOYEE MAKE YOUR MONEY SEEM APPRECIATED AND YOUR NEEDS NEVER A BURDEN ...IF I OWNED A STORE I WOULD HOPE.ALL MY EMPLOYESSS COULD LEARN FROM WHOEVER TRAINED DAVID ...

Actually asked me to hurry up after being in the store for 2 minutes. I couldnt find any charlston chews candy and asked the clerk only to be informed that i wasnt looking hard enough. Again i returned and could not find them. Told the clerk and he replied with sorry bout that in such an exaggerated manner. Disappointed that such a store with high prices has been able to mantain business in lagrange park.disgrace
