I sent a text, set up appointment, all through text, loved that. I knew as soon as I walked in, I had made the right decision to use Artistic Upholstery to refurbish my chair. So friendly and professional.Victor worked with me throughout the entire process; even as I was looking through books and books of swatches. We are so pleased with the work Artistic has done for us! They refinished and completely renewed a 15 year old couch and love-seat a few years ago. It was a complex job because two of the seats on each couch lean back. They no only did an amazing job, but our cats who had damaged parts of the couch. Victor recommended that we use velvet to refurbish it because they wouldnt be able to get their claws into the fabric. It worked! And the velvet is so soft and comfortable.When we recently found that one of our cats had badly damaged an old chair, we called Artistic again, and ordered a lovely grey velvet for the refinish. When it arrived, we were so pleased. It was beautifully done, and when our cat saw it, he thought his scratching post had returned. He jumped up on it and slid right off! He couldnt get his claws into the velvet!! Thank you SO much, Victor, for your fine workmanship and knowledge of fabrics that can defeat the most determined bad cat!

Victor and his guys did an amazing job refinishing my grandfathers chair from the 1950s. The quality is top notch and he really took the time to make sure the pattern was placed properly. He used an extra thick cushion too because the chair was so low beforehand . If I ever need more furniture refinished I will use Artistic upholstery again for sure.

This is the second time I have used them. Both times they did amazing work and finished days before the date they told me it would be done. I would most def recommend them to my family and friends.

This shop is fantastic! He has Victor is very helpful with design and knowledge of fabrics. His library of fabrics is great! He has reupholstered several pieces for me. My living room couch, an ottoman and two armchairs. He also did my dining room chairs. The fabric I chose for my dining room was discontinued; but Victor said that he will search his connections and try to get it for me. He found it and I couldn’t be happier! Their craftsmanship is outstanding!

The way the print was on our cushions, there was some precision needed in sewing. It was a camping scene with animals, so the fabric had to be lined up just right, or it would have looked odd, we love them, and I cant stop bragging about them. Artistic Upholstery did an excellent job on reupholstering 8 dining room chairs. He was definitely the most reasonable around all of Orange County and did a fantastic job. I was a little nervous because my fabric was a velvet silk and it was very, very expensive. It also had a stripe and needed to be lined up perfectly. I was extremely satisfied on the completion. They look gorgeous. I definitely and have returned for several other projects.

I just love the hard work these guys put into reupholstering my furniture items. My family has used this company for years. Their prices are good if not great and they finish in good time. Just recently I have taken my grandfathers old childhood rocking chair in to get it reupholstered and I have to say they have truly turned re-upholstery into art. There isnt a flaw in this chair now. It is a very important piece to keep in my family, as I am passing it down to my grand children. I wanted them to get use out of it but only after it was redone. The seat was falling through and the back was thin and uncomfortable. I wanted to keep the same kind of look and they worked to make that happen. It was as important to them as it was to me to bring this chair back to life. I appreciate the detail and time spent on this little rocking chair. I sent two big 20-year-old couches to Victor for reupholstering. From inquiring for a quotation to delivering the reupholstered couches, he was helpful and patient and quick to respond. The price was reasonably charged and the work quality was good. I did not give a five star rating only because my newly reupholstered sofas that were in a creamy white fabric got a couple big blotches on them maybe during transportation. I wasnt able to wipe them off-- therefore, a little disappointed. But overall, it was a job well done.

We have a new built in kitchen nook at our house that was missing some cushions and so I was referred to Artistic Upholstery by my cousin @BRBmarket. I got in contact with them on a Monday, gave them all the details they needed, and picked up the cushions by that Friday! Price was on point and turnaround time was great and the cushions came out perfectly. Now I finally get to enjoy my kitchen nook :)

Victor did a great job making a bench cushion to fit my window seat perfectly. He was able to make the angles fit perfectly based on a paper template that I gave him. He is professional, affordable, and delivered in a timely manner.

I am a big fan of vintage furniture. When my friend asked me if I wanted a couch that belonged to her grandmother, I jumped at the chance to own it. Unfortunately, it had a lot of wear and tear. The couch was originally light pink, but throughout the years, the vibrant color went away and started looking gray and dull. The cushions were worn out, and the bottom of the couch was falling apart. I was devastated. Luckily, I found Artistic Upholstery. I love that we decided to get our couch fixed at this location. It was affordable, and they were very professional. We showed them pictures of the couch, and they reassured us that they could fix it. We were shown a variety of fabric swatches, and they were able to start right away. They picked up our couch right away and delivered our couch once the work was done. The final product was amazing! It looks brand new, and I fell in love with how it looks! I highly recommend you take your furniture to VICTOR to get fixed. You won’t be disappointed.

I love my custom couches that I had designed and upholstered. They can create couches from scratch as long as you have a concept or design. I’ve been couch hunting for 5 years and decided to get them made. Cheaper than pottery Barn but faster, and better quality.

OMG!! Were do I start. We recently put purchased a custom sectional not knowing it had down feathers in the cushions. When you sit on the cushions and get up, it left this lumpy horrible look. My husband and I didnt like it at ALL. I called Artistic Upholstery and spoke to Victor explaining my issue. He knew exactly what I was describe to him over the phone. We need the cushions back by certain date and Victor and his team went beyond to accommodate us. Great customer service!!

We got a free chair when we picked up furniture on craigslist. It was an older chair but it was still in decent shape so we decided to bring it home with us. We did not know any re-upholstery places so we looked on yelp and found Victor and Ambrose of Artistic Upholstery.We took our chair to them and I have to say it looks sooo much better than before it is more updated and modern. Turn around time was about 2 months but that was partly due to us not choosing a fabric. Once they had the fabric in hand it was about a two week turn around time. We would definitely recommend them to anyone that has any re-upholstery needs.
