Never again will I be coming to the La habrá location and I’ll make sure to tell friends and family not to come here either!!! They have really rude staff not to mention the Manager Alexis was so RUDE with attitude!!! I walked out not being helped for what I came for.

I love party city! There clean and always has everything I need! The never run out of things.

Not impressed with party city. My granddaughter wanted a snoopy or peanuts themed party and they have none and I mean nothing in the way of decorations except if you want to do white black or yellow. Party city needs to understand that not every child is into disney or marvel for a party.

I will not come to this location unless its the last place i need go! I dont like coming to this location because they are super rude. For Halloween I needed baby shower decorations and they did not have much out. I was told stock was put away due to Halloween season to look for another party city cause they cant help me.

I went here to look for latex balloons. I wasnt sure if I would prefer the matte or the pearlized option so I asked the staff at the cashier. She blew up one of each to show me how they look. She also very helpfully pointed out that although both are supposed to be the same size, the matte ones can be blown up significantly larger. A+ for service!

If you want balloons call ahead. Went to get three balloons for a celebration but was told, very rudely, If you want balloons youre out of luck. Were out of helium. What business that sells party supplies and balloons runs out of helium?! I know theres a helium shortage but put a note on the door at least. Went to Dollar Tree across the street. THEY had helium and no attitude.

I found what I needed however this place was a little dirty. Some of the aisles or dark because the lights were no working and they didnt bother to fix them. This is probably one of the messiest ones Ive been to.

Came in to purchase everything for baby shower invites-decorations. Having at lots of family and friends. Spending wasnt important. Going to buy everything and alot. But the y took baby shower merchandise out to replace Halloween. Really? Now my business is going to party city on telegraph rd in Santa fe springs. Its further but worth it. Telling friends and family as well.

Guadalupe is by far the best party city worker in the World! Definitely pricey but definitely coming back to buy party supplies to throw Guadalupe a surprise party.

This store never has enough helium so that you can buy more than 2 balloons...and they dont have any 75th bday decorations!!

Bad customer service. I was looking at the balloons today 4/14/17 and here comes a worker who seems to be the manager and just cuts in front of me bumps in to me and did not say a word. It seems that she did not want us there at all. Rude attitude. And on top of that she was disrespectful to her employee.
