The staff was so very helpful and friendly, left me feeling.like u wasnt alone, very diverse in their knowledge of hair products

A young lady help me today great customer service goes I wasnt looking to dye my hair at the moment I wanted something temporarily with color to put in my hair she wrote suggested fancy full I put it in my hair after I washed it dried it and did not see any results but wanted to try it anyways. Great customer service goes though

I have always found the employees nice and friendly and helpful. I have been buying there for quite a few years. They always have what I need.

I went in and found exactly what I was looking for. I discovered that my dye was on sale but the free product they were offering wasnt on the shelves. The employee offered to assist me and she went into the stock room and came back with my free product. I left happy with my purchase.

Always helpful and always carry things I need

I shop at Sally Beauty often. This is only the second time at this location. The first cashier needs some training. Even though I said my items were on sale and I saw a sign she said no and rang me up full price. The other cashier was much more helpful, checked the sale sign. I had to get a refund on everything and be rang up again. Waste of time.

This store is awfulThe employees are not into helping customers at all. They pretend to know about hair and beauty but they don’t. The few times I’ve tried to go in and shop, the staff are more interested in talking to each other. They stare at you as if you are going to steal something.

Always have what I need, Im a regular there, twice a month..so they know me, some of the workers by my name,lol..everyone is always nice..no complaints.

Management/ownersThe employees are rude and unprofessional. All they did was talk at the register like little girls in high school..another time I was in there an older heavyset women was rude as well. They act like they know about customer service, hair and beauty but they dont. I won’t shop here, and I’ll tell my friends not to either.
