The products looked amazing. I was so excited. The limit said 2 so I paid for 2 and accepted the hefty shipping charge for both. However, they changed policy and only offered one and removed one from my order with the same shipping charge. It took a while to ship, but arrived and was severely damaged. Paying nearly 50.00 for a 4 pack of damaged beer is not worth it.

I never write negative reviews and God I wish I would have read these before purchasing the order. I ordered a box as a gift on March 7 and the package is still not delivered as of April 4. When I wrote to them after 14 business day, they created a shipping label and nothing was moving for another week. Long delays, super poor communication...I dont know if I ever experienced such bad customer treatment. It looks like, I am not the first unsatisfied customer. How does the company do not learn that mess with logistics hurt they business so much? Maybe instead of sending a newsletter every day, invest in better logistics? Do not recommend.

This is a review for their distribution warehouse and company as a whole. I was trying to think of a great way to surprise my husband since he is out of town for work and what better than a 12 pack of beer. Before placing my order I called to gather information on how long shipping would take and I had a very helpful rep that helped me carve out my timeline. Unfortunately the shipment did go out later than expected but I called back to see what my options were and they were BEYOND helpful. They gave me options and all said and done they ensured it made it in time. Thank you so much for being very helpful, personable and a no questions process. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Placed an ordered on Dec 12 and so far no updates. I sent an email through their customer service for a status and no response. The original email did say it would take 2-10 days to be shipped but not even a courtesy email letting me know? Were getting down to the wire so I would like to know if itll be here before Christmas and if not I need to get a back up plan. Please let me know asap. If I receive an updates, I remove the one star.Thank you for your time.Update- everything turned out great and stars were updated to 5! The beer was amazing and it was worth the wait, and best of all, it came before Christmas!

Dont bother ordering from these folks. Order takes forever to ship. The IPAs I got were old, but all the dates were mysteriously missing from the cans. The selection isnt very big and the beers that I got werent that great. A couple I just dumped out because I couldnt even drink them. $10 a beer, down the drain. Its not worth it.

I really took my time to make sure that I picked the right gift for a craft beer loving family member at Christmas and I clearly made the wrong choice. I rarely write negative reviews, actually make an effort to write positive reviews. I ordered this gift on 12/17 and knowing it wouldnt arrive at Christmas, I was fine with their message that it could be 2 weeks. However, it was not shipped in 2 weeks, and when it was... it never arrived. I had to make a 3rd contact with their sales department to learn that the package was lost.I agreed to not cancel as they offered, but instead to take the shipment even though over a month late. When I asked today for tracking, I received a tracking that showed the label had not been created. I reached out a 4th time to their sales/customer service, only to receive a snippy response that I was wrong, that it had not taken a month. They took no responsibility and actually eager to refund.I hope this gets to Management because they need to be aware of the responses they send out and how it poorly reflects on their business.

This place is amazing. Ive been a long time customer of theirs online as I live in Florida. Maybe one day Ill be able to see their store in person. They have a wide selection of craft brews, and my personal favorites are the rare porters. They sell out fast online (missed the Big Baptist Reserve) so you have to get your online order in quick.As a web developer I discovered a bug on their new site and reported it to them. It was nice to talk to a fellow developer and hopefully hell fix this in no time. The staff is always friendly when I speak to them over the phone. My one and only qualm is the pop-ups can be a little annoying and makes me visit the site less. But I can see the thinking behind this feature, as it draws in more business.Overall, I highly recommend Craft Beer Kings to anyone looking for a solid rare craft brew. They ship right away, too, and provide more than enough packaging to secure your brews. Kudos to Craft Beer Kings!

Horrible customer service and outreach, a few friends an I ordered several hundred dollars worth of expensive beer all $10 or more per can, growing on 2 months now without any order confirmation or updates after reaching out to them several times in regards to the order not even being on the way after claiming the order would begin to ship after 8-10 days its been double that and its not even sent, for the price and the amount of money we are spending this is unacceptable not even an order confirmation or status update to this day, I will be requesting a refund on the order I expect my money or my beer back or there is going to be problems.

This business should be avoided be anyone that values timely, conscientious service. They report that orders will take between 3-10 days to process and do not mention the additional 7-14 days that are required to ship the order. This time does not take into account the time it takes for the package to travel to you. I ordered two beers for the holidays on 12/18/2020, but did not receive the package until 12/31/2020. When I notified their sales department, I received a glib response stating your order was rushed and finally received a shipping notification. However, they neglected to respond to my request to change the shipping address as I was no longer at the address due to holiday travel. To make a long story short, they continue to be capricious while failing to provide me with customer service. I strongly discourage anyone from ordering with CBKs.

No word on when I get the beer or my money back. Ive sent proof of purchase (via PayPal). I either need my beer or my money back.UPDATE: Store saying beer to be delivered in October. Absolutely outstanding selections of beer. If you enjoy craft beer, youre gonna be like a kid in a candy store here. The only negative thing I have to say is: they do not carry much glassware. In their defense, the place is literally packed to the ceiling with beer. They really dont have the room for it. Certainly not enough of a negative to shave a star off, though. Ive placed several orders here, two of which had their problems. I believe in second chances, so I wont dismiss a business based on one experience. My latest shopping experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I was told my order was at a completely different store, despite the fact I waited several weeks to pick it up. It was a waste of my time driving there for them to let me know Id have to drive to the El Monte location. After speaking with an employee to cancel my order, I left a review. They attempted to make things right by shipping the items to me with the shipping fee waived, and I still paid for my order. I commend them for taking my initial feedback to ship the order, as not every business would have done that.However, my problem lies with the aggressive comments made by owner, Mike on a different review site. Completely uncalled for because I didnt update my review immediately and tried to belittle my comments. A simple message to check-in on me would have sufficed, but I will not support a business who tries to aggressively dismiss any negative feedback as not a real experience.Relatively good selection, when you actually receive your items as intended. Prices are $2-3 higher than your local bottle shops, but thats the price you pay for convenience and being able to order online. Its the basis of their business model so I dont fault them with that. With the passive-aggressive comments by Mike, I will never willingly shop here with an owner who feels so attacked and would rather support my local shops.

I made a purchase from this place only to have no customer service. The order was eventually canceled but the site itself has the same deceptive setup as CraftShack with beers being pictured on one end as being in a pack only to see you are buying only one beer from the entire pack but being charged the same price as some 6 packs from cheaper companies.I will give them credit that unlike CraftShack, this place did have more options to buy beer in packs but their abhorrent customer service pretty much canceled that out. I am coming to the conclusion all these online beer store located in California cant be trusted.
