I couldnt be happier. I ordered a slim multicade through their website. First off, customer service is fantastic. I know I annoyed them as I emailed them frequently due to a delay in parts. But they were super responsive and nice. Got the cabinet and its great. Its great quality design. Shipping was much better than other companies I have gone through before. Super fun statement piece and unbelievable customer service.Bought a cocktail game system from Prime Arcades on Amazon to really set the mood in our game room and have enjoyed every moment with it - 100% plug and play, a 400+ game trip down memory lane. The moment I ordered it, Prime Arcades reached out with shipping info. And the day it arrived (after a very quick trip across the country), they reached out to ask how it was going. The table itself is incredible quality, somehow exactly the substantial arcade table from the 1980s only beautiful and clean, with a big bright display. Graphics are sharp and clear. Menu navigation is easy and fast. The games are iconic, and the few I didn’t already know were a lot of fun to research. (Pac Man but it’s a naked person searching for clothes: Streaking!) It’s also a great conversation piece and an excellent flex, if youre into that kind of thing - many do envy.Then Hurricane Ida swept in and submerged this poor baby in three feet of water for hours. Miraculously, after drying out a couple of days, it powered up, lights on, fans running, just no display. Of course I would expect it to be toast - like my car, TV, router, my neighbors’ washer/dryer/water heater/boiler, etc. - but I thought I’d send an email over to Prime Arcades just on the off chance that theyd have any suggestions (and maybe to commiserate more than anything else). While I waited 4 days for my internet to be restored, 18 days for my car to get towed, and probably will wait another couple of lifetimes for FEMA to follow up, Freedom at Prime Arcades responded within a minute of receiving my contact form. An hour later, we were on a video call walking the Prime Arcades team through the damage, and they had a potential solution ready to ship out - on the house. Certainly “I took my video game system for a muddy swim” is not covered under anyones warranty (according to my home insurance policy, a rushing river of water that blows through the garage into the house is a ME problem) and yet, here I am with a good chance of getting this beauty back in business after an actual natural disaster. Forever impressed, Prime Arcades!

Normally I don’t give reviews but in this case I had to give at least five stars could I have given 10 I would have freedom went out of his way to really help me during my experience with him I thought I wanted a table top but then freedom told me he thought maybe it would be hard on me being bent over the table the whole time he could’ve Lost a customer still he thought it would be best to get a bar top he only had one which was used for fighting games a two person arcade but he modified it so I could have it and then Jose did the most incredible artwork I’ve ever seen. The nicest thing about my experience with prime arcade they become my friends we often talk on the phone I was calling to make sure I like my arcade you don’t find customer service like that now or maybe ever they really are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met I want to apologize for any mistakes I write in this review as I’m having to talk it because I’m handicap but not when it comes to Ms. Pac-Man he gave me a surpriseAnd loaded my arcade with over 3000 games as a special little gifts for Me I also got a Broadway style Marquises it’s great looking .

If anyone out there has tried, as I have in the past, to put together their own gaming system and failed - this is your answer! Absolutely everything about this product is EXACTLY as advertised by Prime Arcades. To start, Freedom and his staff were extremely responsive, going above and beyond to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted.We could not believe how fast the unit shipped and arrived at our house! The system was packaged extremely well (see pictures) and was shipped with a very reputable freight company. Prime really takes no chances in getting the product delivered safely.A word of advice - pay for the white glove service. These units are VERY well-made and quite heavy. As advertised, the service unboxed the unit, placed it where we wanted, and removed all shipping materials. Well worth the money!The cabinet itself is well designed. We opted for the version with trackballs and Ms. Pac-Man artwork. It is stunning! The tempered glass top is thick and substantial. There are so many little details that enhance the experience - like hidden LED light strips that gradually change color to match the lighted trackballs. Combine that with great sound (which you can really crank up!) and it feels like being in an 80s arcade. The only thing I would change on the design is to place the volume control on the outside of the cabinet. It is easily accessible via one of the side panels, but external would be preferable.But the best part is flipping that power switch for the first time! The menuing system is flawless and easy to use and navigate. We were playing games almost instantly!! The game selection is wonderful, and the addition of the side controls (for games in landscape mode) adds to the usability and selection. No glitches with anything so far.It is refreshing to find a seller that delivers what they promise. Prime Arcades has done just that, and we cannot be happier. We would enthusiastically recommend them is youre looking for a retro arcade system.

Prime Arcade what can I say? I was surprised with a game system for my birthday...over 60 classic arcade games including all the Pac-Mans!!!! I was able to customize my game top with all the things closest to my heart during my child hood and add my name with my penmanship!. The customer service is superb I felt like I was dealing with friends or family they made me feel welcomed and really cared if I was happy and even though I was they wanted to make me happier!!!! I will continue to come here and I will definitely recommend !!!

As soon you walk into this place it’s a completely new, unique, and fun environment! The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful with explaining/demonstrating the difference between the different arcade machines they sell. I think there’s definitely a game/machine for everyone out there! Children and adults equally will find some time of enjoyment in their arcades! Hands down best purchase I have made in awhile. I will start with the purchase. Once we purchased I got a call from Freedom right away to talk about our gaming unit, now that is customer service. Next we got an update 10 days after purchase letting us know that the order had shipped. We received our 4708 games in 1 on 2-12-21 (3 days ahead of estimated delivery) and have been thoroughly enjoying it. We got the game upstairs in our game room and it has been being played for 4 hours straight. It brings back so many memories, I highly recommend Freedom and his team at Prime Arcades for all your gaming needs. I sent an email to Freedom to thank them for our purchase and instantly got an email in return, that there puts our purchase over the top. Customer service is beyond what we expected. We are going refer all family and friends and we are hoping to make another purchase here shortly.

Bought the 412 game cocktail arcade table (with trackball) and I couldn’t be happier! It looks amazing, controls and menus are easy to use, and the LED lights that light up the control panel and trackball are an added bonus! Freedom and Tony were outstanding to work with and went over the top to answer all my questions and make sure I was satisfied. Buying a bucket list item like this should be fun and the guys at Prime Arcades made it that way!

Ordering an arcade machine from Prime Arcades was by far the best and easiest experience we have ever encountered. Freedom and his staff bent over backwards to help with any questions we had. Game shipped out in a week. Palletized, wrapped up like the mummy and then shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. Arrived at my home with a lift gate. Not a scratch on it. Full sized cabinet, arcade - quality joystick and buttons ( this is a big deal if you want good gameplay ), excellent porting of games with no glitches or slow gameplay so far. Cabinet is high quality and has a coin button near the joystick so you can add credits without getting into the machine. I just rolled it into my living room, plugged it in and started playing. 4,700 games organized in categories so you can easily find the game you want ( you dont want to have to scroll through 4,700 games ). I grew up in the 70s and the 80s and played way too many video games. This is a legit product and was worth every penny. Also, great customer service. All my questions were answered within 24 hours. I just got their new multi_driving sit-down arcade machine with 107 racing games in one machine and could not be happier. Their price was a $1,000 less than others online and I was able to pick it up the same day.. I found something similar online from another company and they said 1 to 2 months lead time from China...It has an adjustable seat, large LCD screen and a killer steering wheel with foot pedals. Has awesome games I grew up with and newer games for the kids, so something for everyone.Update: went back to their showroom and I was like a kid in a candy store...They now have everything you could ever want for your Game Room...I got some Neon signs and an arcade machine that had everything I ever wanted...

The cocktail table arcade game I purchased was a HUGE deal - it was a gift from grandmother to grandchildren - huge expectations - and they were all met and exceeded! Everything from on-time delivery, to the packaging being robust... exactly as advertised... to the ability to install it by simply plugging it in... everything about this was a 100% first class experience that I would recommend to anyone. Big item arcade stuff.

I’m so impressed by their cocktail arcade cabinet. It had all the games I could think of! I previously bought an arcade machine from Walmart, and was very disappointed in it’s quality. But when I got my machine from Prime Arcades, it was high quality, and literally just like the ones I used to play on in the arcades!

I’m not one to type reviews, unless the product and or service is deserving of a warning to the community. But this time will be different. With the popularity of arcade1up and retro arcade hunting, I found myself part of a consumer group that wants better than arcade1up, more reliable than restoring old arcade machines and nothing to do with rom/emulator fishing. After searching Amazon, eBay, etc., I found Prime Arcades. Their website promoted an IGN endorsement which made them stand out from the competitors. So, I looked around the website and found several products that would be great. From their 4 players stand up to their sit-down racing arcade to their bar top arcade. At the end of the day, I was sold on the bar top arcade. I can only speak about that product and the excellent service that exceeded expectations. Ill break it down like this; When i called to get more information, an employee picked up the phone and every time I called after that, their continued to be employee answering the phone. Five stars*****; the logistics was detailed and executed with precision, meaning the time frame was as promised and their shipping service was better than expected. Five stars*****; the bartop arcade was crafted identically to coin op arcade. All materials that are used are the equivalent to actual arcade machines from the 80’s and 90’s just like the ones my friend owns. Five stars*****; the parts used are Sanwa sticks and buttons and they are connected to the best cable management/Component placement I have ever seen. The design is brilliant EVERYTHING MAKES SENSE! Buying this arcade has now opened up the JAMMA world to me. The cosmetics are unbelievable and the wood and t-molding complete the authentic experience. The hinges for the control deck are solid too. I would highly recommend this product and this company. Five stars*****. Prime Arcades Products and Services are really deserving of these compliments and I will continue to recommend them to friends, co-workers, online communities, etc. Bravo Gentlemen!

I purchased the 1,162 games arcade cocktail table. This is a great product and I love it! The staff at prime arcades are also probably the nicest and most helpful out there. I stupidly put my arcade on config mode (which is how you edit the buttons and difficulty levels of the games etc) and customers were playing with the arcade settings and soI ran into some problems with one game on the system. They were very helpful in trouble shooting and coming up with a solution to the problem. I cannot recommend this company enough. I doubt other companies would bend over backwards like they did to help me and even call back on their own initiative to make sure it was working after they told me what to do over the weekend. Very happy with this purchase and the people behind this company!
