I am very picky, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this bakery! I am so grateful to have found this bakery to bake and design the cake and cupcakes for my 1920’s-themed birthday party. EVERYONE LOVED THEM! I kept going back for more helpings of the cinnamon cake. All the flavors I ordered were delicious, but that was my absolute favorite! They rented the cake holders to me, delivered and set it all up right on time! It was a hot day and everything held up exceptionally well in the heat. Don’t hesitate. Go!

We ordered our wedding cake from this shop. It was everything we could have asked for. Great design and excellent flavor. Would recommend them to anyone. The red velvet is out of this world!

Second year ordering my sons cakes and cookies from here. They are the best! The quality of the presentation is great and the way their cakes, cupcakes and cookies taste are just mouth watering! Quality of service has never steered me wrong, they are SUPER sweet and respectful. They are nice over phone and email and work with you on what you would like to order and give great recommendations if you do not know what flavors go best with eachother. I highly recommend!

I called from Utah a few days ago, and explained that my son was getting married on very short notice in three days. The lady I talked to walked me through the types of cakes they had and assured me they could have it ready. When my husband and I picked it up, we were both so happy with the beauty of the cake, and it tasted just as great as it looked. The pricing was very fair, and the cake was beautiful!

The owner is really friendly and knows what theyre doing. Employees seem to be just as friendly and down to earth. Ive only seen beautiful women working in this place so I trust my request are being made with delicate hands

I notice there are some bad reviews on here but fortunately almost all related to customer service. Why? Because my brief experience with this business is about being a private investigator trying to find out the source of a mini cupcake I grabbed in a rush at a school function in the faculty lounge!! True Story. Yet as I swallowed the mini cupcake nearly whole I faintly noticed how delicious it was, the best Ive had in my life. As time passed I decided to find the bakery from which it came. The staff was very nice and did not seem to be at all like the bad reviews. How sad. Well, I found the source and had a whole cupcake in the store to verify it!! And the real cream cheese frosting you should try. Its perhaps better than any other cake youve had.

My fiance and our family went in for a cake tasting on Saturday April 7th 2018, at 10 am. Greeted very kindly upon arrival we had a few of there most popular flavors and some pastries. The manager was very nice and helpful. Then we got down to pricing. We then went to a few other places. We finally decided to go with Simply Irresistible. We went the next day on Sunday. And we told them we decided to use them so the lady tending the store front said great let me get someone to help. They couldnt even find our paper work or quote from the previous day. Thankfully my fiance and her sister wrote everything down. Well the lady that helped us on Sunday was very rude and hostile. And she said that we got quoted wrong and that the cake we wanted was gonna be more expensive. We then told her but we wrote down the price exactly of what we got quoted yesterday by the Manager she then said well Im not the Manager I cant do anything about it. So then we just decided to leave and we went to Candlelight Bakery where we got the same cake we wanted but way cheaper.

We came here for a custom cake for my sons 1st birthday party. We picked up the cake and it was beautiful. We took it home and put it on the table to give it the three hour defrost period. After about 3.5 hrs we sang Happy Birthday and cut into the cake. To our surprise the cake was frozen in the middle witch made it difficult to cut. Because it was difficult the cake slices were all crumbled. People at the party asked if it was ice cream cake. We called the cake shop the next day and they said they could only refund 10%. This is rather upsetting because when you pay $260 for a custom cake it shouldnt be frozen. It kind of makes me think how fresh was the cake. They said they dont put their cakes into freezers and maybe their fridge was set too cold. I beg to differ. I feel our cake was made early and frozen to preserve it. I wanted to share this experience and hope it doesnt happen to anyone else. And I will not be a repeating customer. I hope this review will help keep this bakery honest.

I dont usually do reviews but this time around I had to because everyone loved the wonder woman cake that they made. I was told by everyone that the red velvet was so good. Sadly I didnt get to taste to for myself but they never disappoint. Definitely a 5 star!

One star ONLY because I drove across town to get a Bday cake for my Dad (which this year landed on Fathers Day), and both Yelp and their website said open until 2pm on Sundays. Got there at Noon. CLOSED!!! Darn. They posted a sign said they are giving their employees a chance to spend the day with their Dads. Thats nice of them. But come on. You close at 2pm on Sundays. Employees can spend the afternoon w their Dads. Dont close shop!! Honor your hours you post on your website. Oh well... Im a Dad too, and Im visiting my Dad this afternoon. Go figure. Ralphs Bakery, here we come!!! Ugh.

Hands down one of my favorite coffee places in CA . ALL the drinks here are unique and tasty!! The presentation of the drinks is superb. The shop itself is small and cute. Their cakes are amazing as well!! Although they tend to sell out of cakes so get here earlier. What I noticed is that they should have two workers at least. For the past couple times Ive been here Ive only seen one worker and its really difficult to handle 10 people and their drinks alone.

We were very pleased with the catering services we received. The service was very professional and the food was delicious. Thank you for making our special day even better.

They did my daughters engagement cake and everyone was talking about it. I mean everyone! The quality and pricing are the best in town. The cake didnt just look amazing it tasted amazing!! Best decision we made!

Amazing integrity, which is hard to come by. I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday in November. It just so happened that the power went out the day I placed my order, so it was taken by hand. I paid the deposit and even received a follow up call as I had called before going in. When I went in to pick up my cake, I was told no order was placed and no cake was made. The manager or baker stayed late to make my cake and even delivered it for my daughters 4th birthday. She went above and beyond and also refunded my money and gifted me with a generous gift card. I will give them a second chance. Mistakes happen.

Their cupcakes are good, but had some issues with a custom cake I ordered. Their follow thru is pretty poor. I will update once issue as been resolved.
