Staff was very helpful the last 3 times ive been there

Store was kept as neat as would be feasible, employees were polite and actively accomodating, store was kept relatively well-stocked and advice/concerns were freely given upon request. More than suitable for a range of sports needs.

I was looking for a specific brand/size of shoes for my fiance. I had called several places and tried to find these online throughout the entire day. These are his favorite shoes and hes on his feet all day so it sounds silly but they are important. I called the store and gave the SKU...the person who answered was very kind, personable and didnt sound annoyed. He put them on hold for me and I arrived a few hours later. He knew why I was there and rushed back and grabbed them from the back. Customer service is dead nowadays. I wish I got his name but I would recommend this place over some of the other larger, busier places in a heartbeat.

I knew what I wanted to just a quick in and out. Never had a bad experience with any big 5 really. Most of the time there is a short or no line. I do have to say that sometimes I wish the staff atleast pretended to be a bit more helpful than just talk to each other but no big deal since they help when asked.

Here at Big 5 Sporting Goods attempting to return a that didnt work. Rudy, is very being very rude which is ironic would not recommend shopping at this store unless you are absolutely positive that you want rude customer service. They dont allow returns unless the product is in absolute perfect returnable condition. Just being honest. Wouldnt recommended this location. Rudy probably need some coaching from a higher up, a customer should have the right to return a product that does not work as advertised.

Came in looking for a few items, but just like every other Big 5 Sporting Goods the salesman are flirting with the cashiers instead of helping customers. Its like getting paid for social hour!

Staff is very friendly and happy to help point you in the right direction and answer questions. Almost always a sale too.

Sales people where rude and where just laughing and talking to each other then when asked about more fishing gear was told I dont know about this stuff and asked if more was coming in and was told we get stuff when we get it then walked away. In all just a very unprofessional store.

I went to Big 5 to get a small exercise ball and band for a exercise class that I am taking. When entering a young directed me were to find the exercise balls. I could not find what I was looking for. The same young man came to check on me and was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. He took me throughout the store to find everything that I needed. Thank you so much for an excellent experience.

Went in for a gaming headset and it was exactly what I wanted. But when I got home I noticed that I was charged different than the ad price. I went back the next day and the manager apologized and gave me the difference back

Walked in at 7:15 pm on a Sunday just to buy something quick. As I walked in, I asked what time they closed and they said 8 pm. I was pushed out of there at 7:40pm like I was bothering them and they literally were locking the doors behind me when I left. Spent almost $300 so I wasnt just browsing. Terrible !!

As promised my return was accepted with the receipt and my money returned. Management is Amazing and professional!!!

The three young men that work there were just talking with each other and not paying attention to any of the customers I had to tell across the store to get there attention and then he begins to tell me that I can look for my own tennis shoes rude.

Big 5 is still around even after the Amazon and Ebay invasion on sporting goods! Great sales to look for especially shoes. I always go to Big 5 for athletic shoes and theyre great brands. Try them on yourself, etc. Also other necessities such as watches or camping equipment. Full service except no skiis!!

Went to buy a whistle the first lady said we dont carry them anymore, which I thought was ridiculous cuz its a sporting goods place and then I believe her name was Nancy took us from one part of the store to the other part to the other part until she found it for us. Good store a lot of selection hopefully you get the right person to help you

They never have what you need but they always have something to look at, if you really want something to look at when you cant find what you want.Think of it as the bad Big Lots for sporting goods.They dont even display most of the products they have and instead have those cards you take to the register where they then order the product it drag there box from the back.If you want shoes, they got them on sale. They have an ad to prove it.Yeah

Big 5 Sporting goods is really dropping the ball when it comes to their outdoorsman selection, I notice that the rifle selection was pretty pathetic when I was in there, also I couldnt find a decent range backpack for my shooting trips. This wasnt always the case here at big 5! Hopefully it doesnt stay this was to long!
