Every other store has accurate hours, however this store has FAILED to provide accurate information

This location has the best customer service by far. Ive been to numerous locations, but La Habra Staples takes the crown. I came in for a print job with my girlfriend and was helped by Abigail. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the finishing product and we left definitely satisfied. Shes very knowledgeable and friendly! If you ever need any sort of printing job I definitely recommend you come to this location. Abigail was a 10/10 when it came to customer service. We live in the Fullerton area and we will make the drive to this location because of the service we were provided.

Maricelas (at the La Habra, Ca location) customer service skills are just extraordinary!The day prior I had visited the store to get some prints made just to get home and find out the gentleman that had helped me messed up my prints. The following day 10/6/21 I was acknowledged/greeted by Maricela and she took the time to ask what exactly it was I needed to be printed. She corrected the error as well as replaced the paper that had been used in the first place (above & beyond customer service!) & then once again took the time to show me the final product ensuring it was correct BEFORE I walked away.Above all of this, she was very mindful of how busy she was assistance/ genuinely acknowledging every other customer that walked up to the print counter!! Super pleased to know that one can still count on kind hard-working people in todays world!& just wanted to give another formal thank you as a customer (because sometimes it is so easy to point out the negative) and will most definitely be coming back when other prints are needed!

Copy and print section was rude and unprofessional. They said they had run out of color print ink. At Staples.

Well stocked and clean. Not a good place for clearance items at good prices but they have lots of them.

Great place to get what you need when you need it fast. Honestly the prices were a surprise as I thought it would be expensive more so than if I went to Sams Club and bought my new printer but now I stand corrected.Ryan Berhow was the first to greet me my first visit last week and right away ask what my needs were and proceeded to guide me through right down to rewards program and HP+ promotions that basically gives me no cost ink and up to 300 pages a month print plan.Straight up when you walk in you are going to be greeted and well taken care of by the staff here and Special shout out to Cesar, Andera and Mari (Mari spelled that way since I dont know the correct spelling sorry) and of course Ryan the General Manager. This store is a good store. They offer fixing your computer or any piece of technology. Its a really clean store and has everything like offices chairs and more! The copy machine gave me a little bit of trouble but i moved to a different machine and it worked perfectly! In summery this is a good store to come to!

I did a little searching online for the product I wanted to buy. Staples has the option of viewing their weekly sale items online and it turned out what I wanted was also on sale that week. But even better was the addition $20 off for any order over $100. So that paid my sales tax. The sales staff were helpful and the merchendice was well organized in the store. I would definitely buy from this Staples again.

This is a really nice store. Large store, adequate parking, big and clean bathrooms. It also has classroom space.

While the helpful and earnest people in store have always been good to deal with, this is just another example of B&M stores that have outlived their usefulness. One Hour pickup? A FANTASTIC idea in theory, but in reality nothing but basic retail bait and switch - and frankly its deceptive, and misleading. Not ONE time has my order been ready within an hour, not once. Not once even TWO hours.When you go in to pick up, the poor folks who work here have no idea what to do. Expect to use many expletives before giving up while trying to understand the barely audible customer support person the store people call on for help.Amazon knows how to do this. click. Deliver. No hassle. Staples has no clue. A plus to Amazon is you will never endure an hour of waiting/stalling, only to give up in disgust.

This Staples would not print out a clip-art for my daughters 5th birthday Pin-The-Tail-On-The-Pony game. They were nice enough to call me and state their Copyright Office would not allow them to print this out for me. They then called me back 1hr later telling me that the clip-art tails I requested, also could not be printed since they are a Commercial Print Shop.Yet I can go in myself and use their own self-serve machines to do the same they said. I ended up going to my local family owned print shop where they had no problem doing the same job for me at less then 1/2 the price and had the prints done 5 min later.Thanks staples.

I was so impressed by the customer service I recieved at this Staples location. I sent over a print order, the program for my grandmothers memorial service, and there was an issue with the font transfers on the PDF. When I went to pick it up the whole order was printed wrong. My heart sank. Nadine, who was helping me, not only replaced the paper we provided, but fixed the order and really saved the day for myself and my family! She was so helpful and kind. Full of gratitude for the way she made it right and provided excellent customer service, thank you!

I understand you need to make sure no one is stelling. I felt like I was being watched. Lol you know its all good. Do your job catch those thieves.

Prices good but sales/tech Joe very pushy, loquacious and exceedingly aggressive.Not helpful when in a hurry and pushing people into getting a credit card. Who cares, respect customer when they say no thanks and am in a rush. Dont lie and say will help my purchase at a credit card table, not a register. Wont ever go back.

Went to the print center to have a custom certificate made. They told me it would be $20 and that it would be done within 24hrs. In reality, 5 days later I receive an email quoting me at $124.00

Go to Walmart right next door. It’s cheaper and has all the same items.

Line at print service Long. Lady behind counter chatting away. Your printing service can be picked up later for less premium charge, but she never offered this service to me, automatically charged highest amount later found out I was charged for express service when I wasnt really in a rush.
