I am very glad that I found Technicolor Printing while searching for a place to embroider some Polo Shirts for our company, in a short amount of time. When I initially called, Andrew understood my situation and explained to me exactly what he needed to make it happen.Upon arriving at their facility, I was impressed by the level of organization at display. Andrew sat down with me and inspected the logo I brought, tweaked it accordingly and walked me through their process. I received a detailed invoice in my email, while I was still in their office, and I was able to see digital preview of my order on their screen. In about 20 minutes my order was placed and had an invoice in my email which I could refer to in the future.Andrew told me before I left that if I needed anything to not be afraid to call or email because Technicolor Printing wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I emailed the next day to see if my rush order could be completed a bit early and, true to their word, I received a reply within minutes letting me know that my super rush order was complete and available for pickup… a full 24 hours before the estimated time.Upon pickup, I was once again blown away at the level of organization and customer-centric attitude here. The gentleman that helped me made sure I was happy with the results and had my order boxed and ready for me.Technicolor Printing will have our business from now on. When every other vendor in the area made me feel idiotic for wanting such speedy results, Technicolor Printing delivered with speed, quality and an overwhelmingly pleasant experience.

Terrible terrible experience. I tried to get a re-draw of shirts my grandfather used for his small business shirts for my dad. It was about a week before Father’s Day, they said they couldn’t have it done by Father’s Day but about a week and half / two weeks out. Well here we are about two months later still do not have any kind of re-draw image. My sister and I have both followed up multiple times by email and phone and NO RESPONSE. How disappointing. Now I have a dad who has been let down because there was not any follow through on their end. Would not recommend ever going here.

I am a small company that is just getting off the ground and I could not have made a better business connection... Technicolor Printing has become more than a printing company that I use they have become an extension of my business. I have gone through a few other local printing companies that promised quick turn around, great prices and solid work but have been disappointed and lost money.I was a little worried about trying yet an other printer, especially when I handed all my final work at deadline. I must say that I was not disappointing. The shirts were exactly what I was looking for and I wasnt bent over on price. Could not be happier. I own a small boutique store in Covina Ca., so Ive been threw alot of silkscreen companies> I know there is alot out there. But finding a good one is hard. Probably literally been threw over 10 companies in 3 years. Im proudly to say I have finally found a good, and reliable one. Techicolor does amazing work, and probably has the fastest turnaround. The longest i waited was 2 days. If u want fast and reliable service, and not to mention cheap, then i recommend u call them.
