Horrible, just horrible. My company called to setup a service call for our broken pallet wrapper. Steve advised he would be there around 1pm. By the end of the day he tells us he wasnt going to make it out, which I understand as service calls run long at time. What I dont understand is him telling me to contact someone else as he will not be servicing our machine at all! Okay thanks for wasting a day of production for me. Unprofessional and unreliable is the best way to describe this company. I do not recommend using them, do yourself a favor and look else where for service!
