I would like to personally thank Rodger, Allen and Amanda for outstanding customer service that I received today. After a nightmare of a situation not only were they quick to help find a solution they also were friendly during the entire procedure I do appreciate that type of service and for that I will return to your place for all of my storage and Rental knees. Those type of employees are what make or break a business and they definitely make this business five stars thank you thank you so much

Horribly customer service. The so called general manager Jennifer Lopez knew I was upset and decided she needed to leave because she was off. Decided to leave and leave the sales associate to unfortunately not have any answers to my questions. This place is horrible and would not recommend to even my worst enemies. If this is the quality of management then I will never be using them again for anything.

Matthew, the general manager at this location, absolutely saved the day for us and were SOOO stoked at how well he treated us. For a month now, weve had a reservation at Budget for a 26 truck to move to Utah and today when we went to pick it up, Budget said they didnt have a truck for us (had a hard-date-need on it today) and they really didnt do much to help. We stopped by U-haul in hopes they had something and Matthew took care of us like crazy! He was extremely welcoming in the shop, had a 26 truck, was super kind and empathetic to our situation, and even took care of us in other huge ways (intentionally disclosed). In the end, it was a much simpler process and almost a better situation than we would have gotten at budget in the first place.Thanks Matthew for being extremely helpful to us and for caring so much about customer service!

The company changed our pick up location without notifying us! This wasted a ton of our time, and made it so we couldnt finish our job in time. Ended up working til after dark and then had to take time off work the next day to drive to the further location for the return. The site rep at La Habra didnt even acknowledge that we could be correct about the pickup location on the reservation. No concern for the customer at all!! Apparently now we have to spend more time on the phone with a customer service rep. VERY poor customer service!!

The manager Jennifer Lopez lies, cheats, and steals. She also has an aggressive temper. DONT trust these guys if you value your sanity, time and money. All she will do is give you the run around and lie directly to your face. She also swears a ton. Which definitely isnt lady like. Right after me she took advantage of another individual. I almost told them go avoid the place at all costs but ended up biting my tongue. However no more... I will never come back to this establishment until she is fired for good by the company.

Just had the worst experience while getting propane. Young kid was very unprofessional. Didnt say hello, didnt remove propane from scale and just walked away mumbling something under his breath. Zero personality and zero customer service skills. A total waste of my time with this place!

Very disappointed by their service I wasnt asked if I was doing a one trip which I had to do since I was moving from OC to Hemet. I was beat by the move and when I went to drop it off at Hemet location I was told I had to return it to la Habra, if not I was gonna get charged double the rate of a one trip. Didnt want to drive back so left it there had to pay 600 for the rental. Very disappointed never getting a uhaul again.

We needed storage boxes. They have the best deal we could find in Brea area.Service person was very helpful.

I do art shows and rent trucks frequently from this location. Cool, efficient staff, easy rental terms, low cost, great spotless vehicles! Cant ask for more.

Poor customer service! My 83 year old grandma needed a truck to haul stuff for donation for half a day. The desk rep was rude and non accommodating for her. In addition, she has a handicap which limits use of her hands, and was required to take her drivers license out of her wallet, because he couldnt read it. They require ID, credit card information, an email address, 2 different phone numbers, and her license number off of her car...this is for a truck rental for 4 hours. We ended up cancelling the truck because it was a hassle, and we felt they just plainly didnt want our business.

Didnt have any issues renting a storage unit after a trip from san francisco... got friendly service inside and a free bottle of water because it was so hot..

Easy process and cheaper than expected

My propane tank expired and instead of trying to sell me a new empty tank, they suggested I go to Home Depot and swap out my tank for about the price of an empty tank. Because they didnt try to make a buck, I will always refill propane here and if we ever move, I will use this place for supplies

Very disappointed I have rented from this location many times and unfortunately due to a traffic sigalert I was approached me an hour and a half late and the facility was closed so I left the trailer in the designated spot and found out today they charge me for two days because I was it an hour and a half late very disappointed I called and ask if they get a lease prorate it since the trailer set in their yard all night long In fact on the receipt it said the trailer is returned at 8:36 in the morning which is wrong which would be impossible because I was at work at that time sorry to say they last a long time customer
