I just bought a bike yesterday from Michael. The service was great, they loaded the bike in my truck which was surprising because I brought a ramp and was expecting to load it myself. Ive tried to buy a bike from another dealership before and the other dealer tried to bait and switch me so I was hesitant to drive 8 hours to pick the bike up but everything went very smooth. Ill go there again when I get another bike.

Took time to explain everything and make sure I understood everything before I left the store

Got kind of rubbed the wrong way with the service department. They did the warranty work okay, but when they went to change the handle bars, everything was still off. One hand guard was tilted lower than the other one. The mechanic almost rounded off my the bar weight bolt. One hand guard would hit the windscreen.After too long going back and forth, me incorrectly thinking that they didnt replace the handle bars, I noticed that my tires were starting to cup. Ended up needing to re-align the forks. Also fixed the handlebar situation. I did, they didnt, but I still have to go to a factory certified Kawasaki tech in order to get warranty parts put on.

I gave 3 stars yesterday but felt I needed to change to 5 stars after the owner reached out to me. He said he had 2 salesmen out but didnt use this as an excuse. Albert gave out his cell phone number ( and yes it is his cell phone). He was very nice he took his time and answered all my questions did not try to rush me in any way. I am hoping to make a deal with him next week if we can.

Mainland Cycle Center is great. Been buying from these guys for over 20 years from water craft to street bikes, dirt bikes to utvs. I just got a new KLX 110RL for my boy June of 2021. I have never took the time to give a review. They are Family oriented, friendly, knowledgeable and quick.. Prices are great, if there is a problem they do what they can to make it right. Just before Christmas we bought this bike for my son. So, a little time went by before we got to ride it, break it in and were able to find a couple of minor issues. Even though it was outside the 30 day warranty period, I reached out to Albert and Jerry in sales and service. It was our first new 2 stroke and KTM, so they spent time with me on the phone troubleshooting and were very patient with my questions while I was trying to verify whether or not I needed to bring it in for work or if I could work out the bugs myself. Well, I wasnt happy with the results and thought it needed more attention, so I talked to Albert and he said just bring it in and they will take care of it. As life goes, another week had gone by until I was able to get it to them. They were able to check it out and correct the issue at no charge the same day! Service after the sale is often lacking at many places, but here it is Valued and I am sure if I have any issues with the next ride I buy they will be there for me! Anytime I spend my hard earned money, I always price around and compare to get the best deal, which they had. To have a great price and customer service is the unbeatable. I bought my first bike from here and I must say the service from start to finish was excellent.

I had to change my 5 star review after some recent interactions with Mainland. They are great when theyre selling you something but if anything goes wrong later on good luck getting them to cooperate. I had a headlight issue with the new bike I bought last year, I took it to them over a month ago, Ive called 4 times since then trying to get something scheduled so I can get this warranty issue and SAFETY issue fixed, and they have yet to call me back once!! I understand that this virus BS has everyone backed up, but they cant even reach back out to me to try and schedule something. Im done with Mainland, taking my business to Mancuso who have always been available when I need them.

Joe over in service and Dennis over in parts have been amazingly helpful throughout the holidays. Great job Mainland. Always a step ahead. Service here is top notch.

This was a smaller dealership in comparison to the Mansuco dealer next door. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. There was plenty of room to walk around and sit on the motorcycles. Their gear was easily accessible. Patrick was the sales person that I worked with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and direct. That is a plus for me. I didnt purchase the machine I was looking at, but I certainly wouldnt hesitate to do business with Mainland Cycle Center.

Best customer experience ever...I wanted a bike that was not in-stock or production after 2019.. they found me one and had it ready in less than 3 days with 3 miles on it. Walked in and was on the bike in under 2 hrs...maybe an hour and a half. They went over the manual and bike before leaving making sure I was good to go.I will never shop any where else.

Everyone at mainland cycle was incredibly friendly and helpfull. Fast approval and no runaround. Went back and forth with another dealer for a week and they didnt get my bike in from the warehouse. Mainland got me approved paperwork done and riding in a couple hours start to finish. 10/10 will definitely go back.

My wife and I bought a teryx 4 w/6in lift from them in 2017. We have nothing but problems with the front drivers side wheel hub bearing. This is the 4/5 time its been changed. We hardly ride it because we are worried something else is going to break. Dont waist your time or money at this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I took it to yall for the first repair and yet the problem still occurs. And yes I am frustrated, you your self said it isnt right for the same bearing to be going out.

Great place to buy a bike or 2; we had purchased a couple of KTMs from Albert @ Mainland and he went above and beyond with customer service. So rare to see this kind of service now a days, someone who actually cares about there customers. Waited over an hour without be helped. Asked the employee for a minute of there time and told us to wait a few minutes because he was helping another customer. Which is fine and understandable. 45 mins go by and was not recognized or anything. Just needed a quote and estimated payments. Could of been helped within 10-15 mins. The employee didn’t want to assist me. Never been so disrespected and disappointed with a dealership.

We went to Mancusso next door about 1.5 yrs ago to look at a used side by side, needless to say that was a total bait and switch, the would only let the sales person test drive, what kind of silliness is that,, we end up in the lobby and they are pressuring us to buy a new Cam-an side by side, had a sales manager and try to pressurr me to buy that day, well wife and I dig in our heels if someone pressuses us, needless to say we left disgusted....we went next door and instantly mainland made us feel like we are the only ones there we told the sales person what we were looking for and he not only let us test drive the kawasaki model we wanted but had other makes and models ready for us when we came back from a test drive... we ended up spending more money than anticipated buying a kawasak mule, due to our great experience... thanks mainland... you confirmed why I have always loved kawasaki, bikes . jet skis and now side by side,

There are just a few times where I feel comfortable leaving a review. Ill never rate a business when the service, food, or product is merely average because others may have a different, stronger opinion than mine, and Ill let them take the lead. But when I do feel compelled to submit a review, its typically with the mind set of providing a warning, or in this case accolades, encouraging others to experience what excellent customer service is all about.I was in a position that allowed me to make a purchase of two Kawasaki Z125 Pro motorcycles that we intend to use when traveling with our RV. I went down there on a Thursday, and was treated with great courtesy, and made to feel very welcomed and appreciated. They easily had the best price in town, and the entire sales process went smooth as silk, making sure the bikes were exactly the ones I wanted. They had to both be red. Yes, some of you may insist that they be Kawasaki green, and I have had a couple of those, but this time I wanted red.Back to the experience. I happened to call later that day, to let them know that the bikes were insured and Albert the general manager, and perhaps the owner, told me that the bikes were already setup and ready to go. I wanted to head over there and pick them up, and Albert said, No problem, come on down and well load them up for you.The mistake I made was thinking that they closed at 7:00 PM. So when we got a call at 6:00, it was Albert asking if we were close by. I said that I thought they closed at 7:00, but Albert replied that the store closed at 6:00, but if were were heading down, he would be glad to keep the store open for us. Long story short, we couldnt get there until a bit after 7:00 (thanks Houston traffic) but when we arrived, there was no feeling of being rushed, or unappreciated. On top of that, we needed to buy a couple of helmets and again Albert was so accommodating, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted without any feeling of being pressured to hurry up. Add to this, the exceptional care to the way the bikes were loaded into our truck and the sincere thanks and encouragement to stop by for anything we might need or have questions about, and a five star rating is an easy thing to do.My thanks to Mainland Cycle Center and to Albert, Patrick and the rest of the crew. Dont miss the opportunity to hopefully experience that exceptional service and above and beyond efforts.

Will definitely go to these guys anytime I am in the area and need work on my bike. Was having issues with getting my new Vulcan to consistently start while visiting Galveston. Patrick, Jerry, and Albert took time out of their schedules to take a quick look at my bike, quickly found and fixed the issue (loose cable), and didnt even charge me for the time.

Daniel in Sales was very easy to deal with. After purchasing a used motorcycle for my son, we had an issue with it soon after. Albert, the General Manager was great and told us to bring it back in. Jerry, the Service Manager was a pleasure to deal with and Mule, the tech who worked on the bike, introduced himself and we discussed it a bit. Ultimately, the dealership didnt really HAVE TO do anything if they chose not to, but they stepped up and made it right. You cant beat that. When my son grows out of this bike I will definitely be back to see what they have in stock.

Inquired about a 2019 Ninja 1000 and Patrick advised back to advise it is not just the $9200 but also another $940 total in fees I would have to pay - $125 doc fee, $22 inventory tax, $397 dealer freight and $397 prep and assy for a total of $10139. Fine print in the ad says other fees will apply as the $9200 is NOT the off the lot price. We all know the low price gets your attention and then when you read the fine print, you know its more but not by how much. Imagine my sticker shock when there are over $900 in additional fees. I think it would be better if they would show the off the lot price, one for cash and one for credit/loan as that is what we have to pay to buy it. Also I dont understand why the purchaser has to pay for the freight Kawasaki charges to the dealer to ship the bike to them from Japan when they order it, pay $400 for prep and assy. Doesnt the bike come assembled with fluids and is functional when they get it? I dont get it and am not going to buy under these conditions.Response to the owner: Thank you for your email. To address your comments and concerns, I did promise to remove my negative review and have done that. My review above is neutral and is fair and accurate. I never complained about how long it took to advise a price. I never said the fine print was smaller than the regular print. I stated my opinion that it would have been more fair to consumers to show the total price including all fees rather than a low price in the ad shown grabs your attention, you then need to read the rest of the ad and you dont know how much all the extra fees add and then you have to contact you. I never expected these fees to total $940 as thats a lot of $$$. I did contact you from several states away to request a price but didnt think that was unusual or inappropriate. I dont understand how my comments about others is germane to my comments about Mainland as I provide positive, neutral and negative comment on businesses that I interact with.The tone of your reply seems upset and if thats the case, I apologize as that was not my intent but rather to give a neutral and fair assessment of my interaction and opinion on a way to make things better for customers to understand just by reading your ad what it costs up front to buy a bike and drive it off the lot, so they dont find out afterwards by contacting you that the total off the lot price is much higher than the only lower price shown in the ad without all the fees included that you have to pay. I will not do any business there at all. I have been to that place 2 times. The first time I looked around there for 10 minutes and I did not see a single soul there so I left. The second was even worse. I was wanting to trade a bike in and acted like I was a bother. They acted like I was there to serve them. The place had a very cold atmosphere and was not friendly at all.

Wanna start by saying I had a fantastic experience with Mainland Cycle Center. I had been doing research on motorcycles I would be interested in for a few months, and came across their website. The prices on New bikes for less then the same bike used in other places. I drove just over two hours to look at the bikes. When I walked in I was greated by three members of the staff within a few mins of being on property. First fella was with a customer and informed me someone would be with me shortly. Not a minute later was greated by someone stocking the shelfs with product and said he would grab somone. On his way to grab somone, salesman Daniel walked up asking if he could help. Awesome customer service. Once walking around looking at a few different models. I picked the 2018 Z650 to go on a test ride. While they prepped the bike, I was given water bottle and shown around the store. I was kept in loop in the progress of the guys getting bike ready for test ride. And offered a tour of their facility. I met the owner of the shop, and many members of the staff. Again, amazing customer service. Once I had my test ride. I knew it was the bike I wanted. Without giving it away I was a customer, I walked around for a bit more. Daniel De La Rosa was not pushy about the purchase. Or try to upsell me on anything. Once I started the purchase process one of the owners came by shook my hand and asked if there was anything he could help with. Brought another bottle of water for my friend and I, and brought me a free T-shirt.I cant explain awesome my experience was. I have been in many bike shops. I have owned a few bikes. Never been this impressed. I will he a customer for as long as Im riding. Great job guys.I am now a proud owner of a 2018 Kawasaki Z650.

I recently purchased a 2010 Harley Davidson FXDC Dyna Super Glide Custom from Mainland Cycle Center, and I couldnt be happier. My salesperson, Tom, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful; as was, Albert, the owner and manager. Id been to several dealerships looking at new and used inventory over the past couple of months and had some awful experiences with rude or clueless salespeople. Or some that acted like they just didnt care. But this dealership really impressed me. Worst customer service I would not even give them one star if it was up to me had some warranty work performed and they over tourqed the bolts on the front of my wildcat sport and bent the tabs on the frame took it in when it broke a bolt on the upper arm on the front they stripped the screws on the the front arm that holds the brake line on then to top it off called and got put on a list to get called back for a safety recall never got a call back then when I called the guy acted like I should have been calling and checking on when I can bring it in and said it would have to be dropped off and could take 3 weeks to work it in no thanks called Stubb Cycles and they said bring it in and we will get on it and get it out no problem.
