In and out in less than 20 minutes..went to another wal mart location and they said couldnt change oil because computers were down..wasnt aware computers changed the oil.. I thought real people did.lol

Had some minor car problems on the way to Galveston and stopped by this Walmart Auto Care Center. They were prompt in greeting us and were able to address the problem quickly. The person who took care of us even explained exactly what happened and what he did so we would know if there was a similar problem in the future (and answered some additional questions we had). Very thankful we chose to come here.

Man this guys saved my butt! They fitted me in right before they closed, thanks guys!!

Be careful if you getting new tires here they ruined the part of my vehicle and they just apologized they put in a wrong place something to lift car so they can change the tire and surprised here is the picture how my car part looks now the did they job wrong, it’s sad how can they just apologize please be carful that can happen to you too and you haven’t even noticed,I hope next time they do the job they do it correct or pay for the damage they do !

To the auto care centerSunday the 28th of February at 5:50I have to drive across country and need an oil change.They refused to service my car, they had several people standing around chillin having a conversationWay too busy to service my vehicle. Said they were still open but didn’t feel like doing it.Thanks guy with all the goofy earings, oil change takes 10 mins

Terrible service!!! Outrageous wait times with no waiting area. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs just to rotate and balance my tires. The technicians provided terrible service. I definitely won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Do not come here!!! If you need tires from Walmart I recommend going to the League City Location if possible. I only had one car in front of me and it took over 2 hours for me to get out of here! Absolutely ridiculous.

Family and i are on the side of 45 trying to get to their location after the tire on our trailer blew out. it’s 5 pm and the website says the close at 8. i called to make sure that was correct and after telling the women on the phone with me she couldn’t care less what happened and told me that they’re slow right now and if i can’t get there soon then i’m out of luck because apparently they just decide to close early if it’s slow. not to mention they are the only “auto” place open in this area right now and i live an hour away. completely unprofessional and the women on the phone should be fired.

The hasle was absolutely not worth what I thought was a cheaper price. I specifically called ahead to confirm the out the door price, but was hit with extra fees after they were installed. Took them 45 minutes after they were done just to figure out the paperwork. Manager waved some fees that werent disclosed but not all. I will not be returning.

I overheard the service manager being very disrespectful towards an older lady over what oil she wanted and she(the service manager) just told the customer “oh well” and walked away instead of handling the situation properly...... I have also witnessed times where she(the service manager) seemed to not care about her job and was only concerned about her phone while they seemed to be busy as could be back in automotive, for a manager she should have been helping at least a little out there, I’ve also witnessed the shop manager be completely disrespectful towards the techs outside, they asked her help and all she said was figure it out and walked away... something needs to be done about her because that is very unprofessional and I feel sorry for the people who have to deal with her on a daily basis..

They do a good job. I love how convenient it is to bring your car there while you shop. They are normally done when I finish shopping.

I went to go and get my oil change there. It was done fairly quickly. Normally, it takes them awhile because theyre so backed up. For whatever reason they brung there A game. Keep it up!

Service writer took over 30 minutes to write a tire repair thats under warranty. There was 1 person who was getting an oil change ahead of me that was already beeing done and it still took them over an hour to start on my tire. This has to be the worst service center I have ever seen.. 2 hours total time for a flat repair that should have took 15 minutes. Save your self a headache and go somewhere else to get tires.

Horrible service. 2 hour wait. Not enough workers. Never again. I left went and got my oil changed on Palmer Hwy. Went back to Walmart and those same cars had not moved. Lady was mad as hell.

They tried to play me dumb. I checked behind them after an oil change. It was overfilled. Called a manager out and told me there was nothing wrong woth overfilling the engine. I might be a girl but im not stupid when it comes to cars. They then tried to say it was not overfilled until i got loud and put one finger on the heat line and the other finger on the oil line and said this line is NOT under that line??? i must be blind! Said it loud enough for others to hear. All of a sudden their offering to drain it out for me. They also mixed the oil after i had told them what oil i was originally using. All they do is unplug it and let it drain. They do not pull the pan or anything and in their eyes its ok to mix oil. I will not take my car back here just for the simple fact that i didnt understand cars theywoukd have flat out buttered me up and lied to me.

Had my car towed and they took care of me. But kept switching who was helping me and couldnt remember which tire I needed changed.

They would not service my car because they said they were shorthanded and closed an hour early. I work in customer service and never has our company allowed that to happen.
