Do not buy any cars from them bad service in they are no help when you ask them to fix the problem at hand I bought my car from them in I dont know about cars but they sold me a car in the next day the engine light came on I got the issue fixed by someone else then I realized it was more issues in I was putting more money into the car then I did buying it in the mechanic had the nerve to get mad so I had to tell him I had my lawyer with me DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM HERE

Good service and fair prices

I bought a car for my 16 year old. I made it very clear it was for my child and I want her in a dependable vehicle. I also made it very clear that Im a single mother with limited funds and I dont have the money to make a bunch of repairs. Well I have had the vehicle for a month, I have already had to put $600 into it. It has been one nightmare after another. It seems as if they rigged it up long enough for me to pull off the lot. They were very nice and made me feel confident to purchase a vehicle from them. Im very disappointed. I will never give them a good word, I dont want them to do this to anyone else.

We did an even swap for a truck, 2 days later, the check engine light AND the ABS brake light came on. We brought the truck in several times and was told to make an appointment with a diesel mechanic of his choosing. We had a hard time getting in to see them, we had to cancel one time. The next week we were to being it in, the truck wouldnt start and had to be towed. Now Durangos will take any responsibility for the $1700 in repairs. TERRIBLE way to do business. Definitely think twice before you give them your money.
