AC went out and engine light came on. Car was running terrible. Determined to be burn AC motor and Throttle Control Switch. They had replaced the AC motor sixteen months ago, so that was free repair. Upon inspections of the TC Switch, they noticed a double washer on the connections. My bill went from $800, to $400 to a final bill of $211. I was only charged for the problem, even though I had approved the $400 repair.. Thats honesty and integrity, like it should be.. Thanks Fellas

Glad this was the place we found when we needed to get the oil changed. Not only are they very professional but the whole lot of them are so very friendly and go way above and beyond to make sure you are happy. We were on a trip and before driving home we found this gem to get the oil changed, my daughter had left some shells and they called me and asked if they could send her shells to us so that she could keep some of the memories of being there. They didnt have to do that but they insisted and not to many places are going to do that and it was refreshing and encouraging to know that there are still places like this in todays world. Highly recommend this shop, very honest, fair and they do quality work. These guys really helped us out in a pinch. Our car broke down while on vacation, on a Friday nonetheless. The owner came in on the weekend to help get us back on the road. Excellent service and friendly people.

You will never find a shop more honest and fair. Everything was explained to me prior to repair. Even after the fact, they called a couple days later to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction and that everything was good with my vehicle. I thought that was such a nice touch and gesture. Will be using them again for sure if my vehicle needs it.

Update 10/21/19: My car Fancy has brand new headlights and they are beautiful!!! I can see the road so well now. Im thrilled with the job that was done and the customer service at Velocity has always (ALWAYS) been spot on! Before my grandmother passed away, I would help her with any car issues or problems. I travel for work and needed to know she was going to be taken care it and not taken advantage of by shady mechanics. I have known the owner and a few of the mechanics over at Velocity for 20+ years. So I gave her the number and introduced her to everyone. If she had any issues she would take her car to Velocity. Never was she ever taken advantage of or was sold anything she didn’t need. The guys over there are as good as it gets. I bring all my cars to them for inspections and other services. I also tell my wife and others to go to them for great service. Great job guys. As a single woman, I am always nervous about getting taken advantage of when it comes to my auto care. Fantastic job... They took my new Ford f150 and added roush exhaust that I got directly from roush. I absolutely love the sound and it reminds me of my rs3. Velocity did it fast and everything was perfect.

While they performed the work, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. Your information is automatically inserted into a system that a third party company has access to with your name and phone number. While they claim to not share it, there are no ducoments stating this to prove they arent sharing it.I dont like my data just being shared to whoever for whatever convenience. The robocalls are already bad enough, and while I cant prove its linked to this company they have increased since.

Took my vehicle in for a few minor repairs, received the vehicle with a damaged air suspension (was not damaged before). They refused to check it out without charging me and gave me no explanation to what happened. Despite being polite to them, they caught an attitude when I mentioned that the air suspension worked before they worked on the car and they were aware of it too.They will fix your problem but if they break something they will not take responsibility for it.

I was stranded in LaMarque trying to drive to Texarkana after a work trip, after I noticed my temperature gauge had spiked. After searching for a nearby place to get it looked at, I found Velocity auto care. So after the engine cooled enough I drive slowly to their shop and asked them to take a look at it. I told them about all that had happened that day, all that I’ll say is a mechanic in Galveston said I could use Blue Devil to temporarily fix what he thought was a blown head gasket after I told him about all the symptoms I’ve noticed in the car. I, being very ignorant about engines and cars in general, took him at his word and added this stuff. He failed to tell me that this stuff could (and probably would) crystalize inside the radiator and all throughout as well. So the knowledgeable and kind mechanic over at Velocity looked my engine over, did a few tests and told me they see no signs of a blown head gasket, but said he couldn’t say for sure without actually seeing it. He then said that in all likelihood the radiator was clogged and told me to come back the next morning and they would take care of replacing the radiator. So I did and when they took out the old radiator the mechanic showed it to me and said it was nearly twice as heavy as the new one they got to replace it. I could see very clearly the blockage. After they replaced it, they even took it for a drive to be sure everything was fine, then let it cool off and checked everything one last time for me. I was back on the road at exactly 1:00 pm. Made it back home at about 7:00 that night with no further issues. Unfortunately, because of my decision to use that Blue Devil, there is a good chance there is still some left in the system, and I’ll have to replace more things. But these kind folks got me home and I’m very thankful for that. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They will take care of your car and for the best price.
