Lucy over the phone was very nice and professional, Everytime I go in to the store I always hope she is there to help me with what I need. And when she answers the phone she always makes sure I’m aware of any hold time .

Lucy in the pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. She had me on hold 30 minutes to only get on the phone with an attitude and not be helpful. She was so unprofessional I hung up and went to the store so she could talk to me face to face the way she did on the phone and she didnt of course. Management was helpful she is just a waste of skin behind the counter.

Kept my prescription for over a month with no calls nothing then refused to send my prescription to the new pharmacy. Rude very very rude did not care if I got my meds or not they close way to early to be a walgreens. Worat place ever

They didn’t call to inform me they were out of covid shots when i already had my second dose scheduled. Absolutely rediculous and completely trashy.

Cold and after 8am. Says they can’t open until cashier shows up. Wow can’t even go in and shop out of the cold!

The Walgreens in La Marque is horrible. We waited days for a script to be filled and if you use the bathroom be careful! Youre sure to catch something, its nasty. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is the guys that fills the scripts seem friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! They Dont have a clue on whats going on. Its been like this for years. They wont ever answer. Put you on hold for 45 minutes terrible experience

I go here for the Pharmacy mostly... The Pharmacy staff is helpful and has great knowledge of Pharmacy related items.. This location is also well known for having cheap cigarettes throughout its community...

I went there because Fed Ex left me a delivery notice that my mail ordered prescription was there; its a Fed Ex drop off location. All the Fed Ex deliveries are picked up in the Photo department. The store was clean and a lovely young woman greeted me as I entered. I went to the pharmacy first. I thought it might be there because it was medicine. I was greeted quickly and professionally by the pharmacist and directed to Photo dept. Everything was quick and professional.

Definitely the best Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Used to go to CVS but the service at Walgreens is so much better. The pharmacy technicians were amazing, especially Ka’lyn! I was in and out no problem.

Great place, great people, pharmacy is always very helpful and friendly. Best pharmacy by far around really makes you feel at home.

The pharmacy and pharmacy techs are terrible. Theyre slow, no matter how many people are waiting. Youll wait at least 20-30 minutes just to find out your prescription still isnt filled. Ive started using the Texas City location instead. Theyre quick and professional, while the La Marque location is not.

After my horrible experience at CVS in Santa fe, I came here and they treated me 10x better!! Walgreens in lamarque you are doing a fantastic job!!

Horrible customer service. Slow. Takes at least 24 hours to get prescription filled/refilled. Need to talk to the pharmacy? Dont call. Put on hold for an HOUR yesterday. Called back to speak to manager and placed on hold for 5 min before being told manager was too busy to pick up. If I could rate lower I would.

Pharmacy was slow to answer the phone, rude when they did, didn’t properly know the status of my refills. Did I say rude? Because they were.

Bad attitudes, never answers the phone, and should consider training on customer service. Called the doctor twice and arrived back at the pharmacy to be told, I thought I told you the prescription isnt here. Obviously, if I came back that must mean I called the doctors office.

Be far the worst pharmacy Ive seen horrible customer service horrible attitudes. This place should be shut down forever. Ive received the wrong medication more than once they make you wait 4-5 hours for a Rx just a very very sad place avoid at all cost
