Very rude manager of this vision center.No communication skills, would not answer my questions. Only interested in upselling me things she couldnt explain.

How is it this says you close at 6 but Im here at 5:30 and youre closed? I need contacts but apparently you dont care? What an unprofessional business. Im absolutely disgusted right now. What am I supposed to do? Your lazy is costing me the ability to see. Shame on you. So disgusted

Why in the world is there ever only one person working on a Saturday? Pandemic or not, one person. When you work during the week, you have to be able to do things on Saturdays. Who wants to spend 1-2 hours just getting glasses. I brought my sister today. Ill go elsewhere for my glasses. This place is ridiculous.

Jacquelinne was amazing with our 12 year old son, getting his glasses picked out and fitted! She is super friendly and kind!

The receptionist was very rude. She thought she was police with temputure gun. They need to train these people and let them know they are not police. This is for the eye appt. Which is outside the vision dept

Don’t ever buy your glasses from here . Took a month to get glasses . All they did was give excuses

HORRIBLE!!! Consider changing business hours from 9 am to 9:30 ish when SOMEONE finally shows up. All Walmart greeter could say was sorry but they show up late everyday. Dont waste your time, find a reputable eyewear store.

This is the most ghetto Walmart Ive ever been to in my life. I have been standing at the customer service desk waiting in line for 17 min and there was only one person ahead of me. Im watching one of the employees behind the service desk maybe by the name of Julien or Jellien (can hardly see her name tag) dig ear wax out of her ear with her finger and wipes onto her uniform. Not only is that usually unsanitary but Im getting totally disgusted by the miserable miserable unhappy look on her face as she leans all over the desk and on to the phone sitting in front of her. I always go to out of my to avoid coming to this exact Walmart for these reasons but tonight I had to make an exception hoping that for once I wouldnt see something to turn me away. Every time I come here the employees are rude, loud and have filthy mouths. I dont know a single person that enjoys visiting this store. Its beyond ridiculous!!
