My visit at the at the la Marque location was not only the best but life changing for me,having hearing loss since the age of 5yrs old and different doctors through out my life have never made me feel the way Sarah Chittum did,Not only did she explain everything perfectly but she saw to it that I left a different person than when I walked in and thanks to her my everyday struggle and fustrations from hearing loss is gone!!She is truly a caring person!I look forward to coming back.Thank you Sarah and god bless you!

I hadn’t been to this place since my father had a bad experience with them a few years ago. The lady who was supposed to check his ears hurt him very badly. About a month ago my father got something in the mail from them, so I decide to call and ask that he be taken off their mail list. The young lady on the phone was very friendly and said that the lady who hurt him is no longer there. I spoke to my father and he agreed to try them again. We went in for his appointment and I was not very impressed. It started with the lady at the front desk telling us sorry for the wait because the doctor was not there yet. The lady looked in his ears and cleaned them. She did do a much better job at not hurting him than the last one, but that was about the only thing that has gotten better. The new doctor was similar to the last lady. He was not very friendly and looked annoyed the whole time he was explaining things to my father. He even rolled his eyes at him for asking about a cheaper hearing aid that we could afford even though we didn’t go in there to be sold hearing aids. Unless you are going in for that reason and you don’t ask questions, you will be treated the same way we were.

Great experience. The new staff here is AMAZING!!! I have been getting my hearing checked every few years, but I have never been tested as thoroughly as Guy did. If you are looking for excellent care and products, this is the place to go!

Guy and his staff are caring people. I had an appointment quickly and was fitted for aids. I received the aids within a couple weeks and they adjusted them to my needs. Friendly and personable.

First and foremost, after reading the most recent review, I find Castros description hard to believe, if indeed the man that Castro was talking about was named Guy. Because the person who did my appt was named Guy and he could not have done a better job. Please read my following review:I went in recently ( Nov 2018) for a FREE hearing test and Guy could not have done a better, more professional job. I have had issues with my right ear for years and the doctors and ENTS that I have seen dont even want to listen to me. They want to make a snap judgement, tell me nothing is wrong, and try and upcharge me for tests that I have already had and dont need again. Guy was VERY attentive, patient, and interested, and he listened to my thoughts and situation, and offered insight and invaluable advice.I try and make a difference daily in my job, but Guy has me one upped. Thank you again, for your dedication to your profession and your caring! Hope to see you in the new year if you get your new machine! Highly recommended! 6 stars out of 5!Lastly, the entire appt was completely free. No upselling, no bait and switch, no $300 ear drops or ear plugs.. nothing! As I write this, I still have to review the entire experience in my head to make sure this actually happened lol! Great Job Guy!

It seems they are only interested in selling knew hearing aids. Not very helpful with what you already have.
