I brought my car here to get fixed after my car was victim to theft. My catalytic converter was stolen and I brought my car in on a Friday and it was ready by Monday during a holiday. Junior at the shop was very reliable and sent me text message updates and explained the process very clearly. I would definitely come here again, I felt very confident leaving my car here and Junior made me feel very supported through the process. He had the best intentions for me, dealt with my insurance, and made this situation a whole lot easier. When I came to pick up my car it was just washed and sparkling. Love this shop please give it a try!

I took my car to this shop to repair rear bumper damage caused by someone rear ending me. Everything was taken care of with the other drivers insurance and this shop so I didn’t have to deal with anything, which was nice. My car was returned to me by the date promised and was sparkling clean inside and out which was a very nice surprise. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a body repair shop.

I hit something on the freeway and did some damage to the front end of my car. This happened on a Monday and I had my car back on Friday. They even washed it! Wow where do I even start. Jaime was extremely helpful the entire time. Not only did he keep me up to date while it was being fixed he and his team finished its 8 days before the estimated time. When I first brought it in he was really honest with me and told me they were currently slow and that now would be a good time to bring it in. I needed it for work as I am a teacher and was planning in on bringing it in over spring break because I knew I’d be careless because my insurance plan doesn’t cover a rental car. He told me that he could get a good rate with Hertz and he was right!! I ended up bringing it back in the next day and he had already ordered all the parts he knew I would need. He was extremely efficient and kind the entire time. I will be going here again if I ever need anything again!!

Fix Auto La Mesa, formerly Sids Auto Body, has done it again! Five years ago they did a major repair to my 2002 Toyota Highlander that cost $7,000+; did an outstanding job! The SUV still looks just as great as when Sids did the repair; matched the color perfectly. Today, I picked up by 2017 RAV 4 and again, an outstanding job of the parking lot damage. Bruno Borges was simply the best in getting me an estimate; professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept to the estimate that was reasonably priced. Youd never know there was any damage! This place was so lovely when I got into an accident! Jaime Moreno even sent me an estimate break down after my tear down so I would have an idea of what was going to be replaced! Migel did a beautiful job fixing it and with the paint, you cant tell at all that it had an accident! They even cleaned up the split drink in my cup holder from where my cup broke in the accident and left a lovely note with my dashboard stuff!! And of course, the ice cream that was offered while I waited was a great bonus!! My spouse, who works on cars was even slightly surprised at how good they did. It looks as good as the day I bought it.

Accidents are already hard enough and I got hit by an uninsured driver that tried to take off so I was pretty shook up. The team at Fixed Auto handled everything with my insurance agent so I could just get to feeling better. They keep me updated and my car looks fantastic. If I didn’t know better I’d argue it was never hit, that’s how good it looks.

It has been a bad experience. I was in a car accident that was covered by State Farm and decided to choose this auto shop to fix my car. I had a bad feeling about this place so I was going to go to another shop ( not a State Farm approved shop), but just decided to let them fix my car. I am someone who pays attention to my car and services it when needed. I went to pick up my car and traction and check engine light was on my car and my traction button was disabled (the check engine light has never been on my car before). They could not explain why these lights just popped up out of nowhere. I noticed that they forgot to fix the dented trunk latch plastic cover from the accident so Jai said he would call State Farm about that ( he never followed up with me regarding this) When I had to go back to check up on why the check engine and traction light were on, I was the one who had to ask on follow up on my trunk latch cover plate. He told me that State Farm wouldn’t approve it and what really happened (found out by State Farm) was that he told them he didn’t think it was from the accident, which it clearly was damage from the accident. Future customers if you need to get your car fixed through State Farm, I suggest you go to a body shop that you 100%trust. The only positive thing I could say was that they washed the outside of my car nicely and put tire shine on.
