My previous review was before I had Issues with the car and problems with the owner and manager!This should be no stars but it doesnt allow you that option! Im not going to waste any more time than To say dont ever buy anything from this lot they Only stand behind minor fixes anything bigger then a few bucks will be out of your pocket… I have the BMW to prove it as well as mechanic bills and attorney papers!

These guys have been great every step of the way. They have taken care of me as a customer and stood behind the car that they sold. The tags were stolen off of my car and they grabbed a new set when they clearly didnt have to, saving me time at the DMV.

The service is good but if you buy a use car i wont recommend, bad decision never in my life and from the first month the car over heat took it they keep it for a hole week. I took it to a dealership and found out is a head gasket problem now the owner armando wont respond and i got stuck with a junk . sold as is . i rather take my chances with a salvage cheaper and newer . so i guess this is the only way to alert buyers hope you go someone else or buy a salvage from a private seller becauee this guy save his business by his sign paper sold As Is . that means junk cars over heat and wont respond back .

My husband and I recently purchased a car here. Our experience was amazing from the begginning. We have a recent bankruptcy and have been working on rebuilding our credit. Unfortunately after applying at a few guarenteed approval dealerships and now having much luck, we stopped in to La Mesa Auto Group and had our first HONEST guarenteed approval. We were approved for a very nice car that affords us the opportunity to rebuild our credit. Ernesto even walked us through refinancing options for the future. We brought our three kids which made the proccess a little more difficult, but ernesto was understanding patient throughout the whole proccess. I would absoloutley reccomend La Mesa Auto Group to my friends and family. They have a great selection of cars to fit all needs.
