I really felt that the people behind the counter were interested and concerned about how customers are treated. I needed a color match late In the day. No problem! I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me; I think she was the manager. Quite good...

They certainly lack training. Luckily another Professional overheard our conversation with the customer service girl blowing us off . He was able to correct her and guide her how to do her job. Unfortunately he failed to mention it would take over an hour to mix a quart of their house brand paint. Last time at Dunn Edwards.

Another great experience at Dunn-Edwards today! Staff is always friendly, helpful and patient, and today was no different with Daniel ir David (sorry! Cant remember which). They had everything we needed, and came home with lots of paint and supplies. Cant wait to start our new project!
