So I have been coming here for years with my son and daughter and myself. But as soon as I walk in I was ask if I was vaccinated wich is a personal question. Then I was ask to leave because I didnt have a mask. Well I dont wear a mask because I have asthma and the lady didnt even apologize after the fact I told her why.The fact that a personal question was being ask nothing related to the eye exams is really disturbing. I will never go here again.If you live in fear stay at home.

Jennifer was very helpful in helping me pick out some frames and with ordering my glasses. She listened to my wants and needs. One lady came up to her trying to get her to stop helping me and to see to her glasses. Jennifer explained that she would be with her as soon as she was done helping me. That was not good enough for the lady. Jennifer remained professional. Highly recommended them.

I really like how the Dr shows you and explains what can effect your eyes and what your results are. He takes his time to make sure you understand your it. Ive had lasik and only gets exams.

About a year ago I visited because my frames had broken I was a single mom at the time, not enough money to get an eye exam to replace them so I brought them in to see if maybe they could fix them. I came in and explained my situation to the supervisor, she went and found frames that fit my lenses, popped them in and charged me only $8. I was so grateful for her help and the excellent customer service. She took care of me and never made me feel less than and she fixed my problem. Great job!!!! Just wanted to say THANK YOU! If it wasnt for your generosity and helpful spirit I wouldnt have gotten the job after that and gotten back on my feet so there are good people in this world and one of them works here.

Ordered contacts there 2 weeks ago. My right eye contacts have came in, but not my left. So now over 10 business days and still no contacts. Will never go back here and order again.

He didnt dilate my eyes just said i have perfect vision n prescribed me reading glasses he rushed me out no way will i ever go back really

My glasses took forever to arrive.

Horrible!!!...I called them to see if I could get sample contact lenses with my prescription..I was told I could and they close at 8:00 p.m....just come in...I get there at 6:00 p.m....and was told only the doctors office could give me the sample lenses...sorry they close at 5:00 p.m.....I would have been there by 5:00 p.m. If someone would have told me that...so sick of people not caring!!!...no more Wal-Mart vision centers for me!!!
