The worst customer service .cashier was very rude. Manager has some work to do at that store.4 times to get a prescription refill. Not ready.and they dont answer the phone .they put me on hold 4 times.bad service.
The store itself is always clean and stocked well and the people ringing you out upfront are nice. The pharmacy on the other hand is a whole other story. I tried to call them 3 days, multiple times a day and couldnt get them to pick up. I even called the front of the store and had them transfer my call back to the pharmacy and no one picked up still! One woman that works in the pharmacy always has an attitude and acts like shed rather be doing anything but helping you. The fourth day I called trying to get my new prescription they finally answered all to tell me my insurance was no longer accepted.Thanks CVS Pharmacy!
This pharmacy has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My prescription order was put in at approximately 8:00 am. I came through the drive thru to pick up my prescription at 12:00 pm, waited over 40 minutes in drive thru, and when I got to the window they tell me my prescription wasn’t ready and would it be a “couple more hours” before it would be ready. 2-1/2 hours later still didn’t hear anything so I decided to call to check my status and my prescription was ready. No phone call, no text nothing. The time was 3:45 pm. Thanks CVS for making my day miserable !
Went in three time to pickup a prescription, first time, not ready come back a 1:30, second time, not ready, come back in an hour or so, third time, not ready, come back in an hour. I went home and was texted two hours later that my prescription was ready. Thank God I didnt need this immediately. Very poor service.
Horrible customer service from the Pharmacist here! I will be traveling further out even though this one is closer. I called about getting a respirator machine for my asthma from customer service to have my boyfriend pick it up. Only for the pharmacist to give him an attitude and a hard time for no reason due to misinformation from her own employees. Not only that, but she never apologized. We just needed help and all she gave us was an attitude and poor customer service. Don’t use this pharmacy if you good customer service, punctuality, and your health matters to you.
Great customer service!! I could not find an item and the cashier took time to walk with me to find the item. When we saw the item wasnt on the shelf, they took time to search the back and found it. I will definitely return!
Pharmacy was very helpful.. insurance did not cover my prescription and she help me looked for coupon and saved me half of the price!!! Very happy to have them in la Porte!!!
