I rarely write a review, but I feel compelled to because of the positive tech support Ive received from TIC. First - the outdoor subwoofer is great! Always connects via bluetooth and has an excellent sound. Second - Ive called support twice in the last year, and Ive received some of the best customer service that Ive ever experienced from any company. They offered extremely prompt communication and completely solved my issues. In my opinion, TIC is a high integrity company who goes out of their way to satisfy their customers. You cant go wrong working with them.

One TIC Omnispeaker burnt out after 5 months. After I cconnected with their support team they were very professional, highly concerned with my issue and they resolved the issue quickly. The speakers sound great in my back yard.
