Fix Auto La Puente was awesome!! State Farm sent me there when taking care of the repair to my rear bumper caused by a collision. Charles at Fix Auto was super professional and helpful - communicated with me every step of the way and made the whole process easy. They did a beautiful job replacing my bumper! The car was even ready ahead of schedule. The best part was, when I came to pick up the car, they had done such a beautiful job cleaning it, I barely recognized my own car!! I took my car to get repaired here after I was sideswiped 2 weeks ago and the whole driver’s side was damaged. They were very helpful throughout this whole process and kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the repairs. I’m very happy with the results.

The rear bumper was fixed from the initial damage but when the taillights were put back on, they forgot to put the clips on them. The lights are not secured, they can be pulled on more than 2 inches. Hopefully we can get this resolved soon. We returned the rental that was provided, and it would be a inconvenience if we had to leave the van for another day or wait there for hours when we were told it was all ready.
