I had a minor accident in my bmw 335i and my insurance said Seidners is a preferred body shop so I took their advice and went to Seidners located on 17811 E Valley Blvd, La Puente Ca 91744. They went ahead and took my car apart, called me and said its about 8,000 dollars worth of damages and will be a total loss. I said no, I will take my car some where else. They then said “well we took the car apart, we can no longer work on it since it’s a total loss. I still went and picked up my car, they removed my side skirt, door handles and completed gutted out my driver side interior. Not only that they removed my windshield trim and roof trim which was unrelated with the accident. I drove my car to Industry Auto Body where Jesse took the mess that Seidners created, put my car back together and even had to replace parts that Seidners broke. Jesse was also able to repair the damages caused by the accident and still made it look even better than before it was the accident! Jesse is an amazing guy and did the work for more than half the cost and my car wasn’t reported as a total loss. Jesse is an amazing guy!!
