Ordered JE pistons and 104mm cylinders on 9/19/21. Jonathan statedin stock. I pre paid 100%. 10/05 my parts are still lost and AA doesnt seem to care. UPS says returned to them on 9/22. I get no sensible answers from AA.

Ordered tail pipes and when the came in they were all scratched to heck and back. I was supposed to be in a show but cant do that now. They wont answer the phone or return calls, messages or email about this problem.

Very poor customer service! I am not one to write a bad review, but I had ordered parts on Tuesday morning and paid extra to have 2 day shipping and by Thursday afternoon they hadnt shipped. When I call the lady was rude and kept telling me no one can help and hung up. All I was wondering was if they shipped now I just want my refund which I had to have my husband do because when I tried being nice I was hung up on.
