I hired them to check my garage door that was not working, I didnt know why and I needed the true professionals. This company came out and the tech who came out was super friendly and really took the time to show me what the problem and maybe what had caused it. I assure you this company is through and super professional. The price was affordable too

Had an appt for 3:30pm -5:30, 9/18/2021, I called and a lady answered, said he will be there. Well... no call or no show! not even a call to say we are running late! they just didnt even show up!

It was a horrible experience!!!!!! He came for a quote only and he had to open the door to see what was wrong and he said since I just opened the door it is considered a black out and now you owe me $150.00 then to screw in 2 screws that fell out and adjust to make sure it goes up and down another $150.00 total scam!!! $300.00 in 5 minutes. When I asked why so much and what was wrong so incase it happens again. He didnt even tell me

Not so good service. First visit we left our number for a lady to calls us, never gotten the call. Second time, a man was sitting. We said hello and he just stare at us. Didnt made no effort to help us. We ask for the lady and he said she on a one a hour and 20min lunch. And still didnt even try to make a sale. So my mom made a comment while leaving because he just sitting there, I guess we will take business somewhere else and he mumbled something with the word, Donald Trump, and The Wall. Like really?
