Regular hours close at 11pm, but due to covid website says they close at 10:30. I pulled up at 10pm and right away the two guys tell me that there closed. Maybe they had better things to do and just wanted to leave EARLIER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

When ask for something n don’t get it and call to tell them u got wrong flavor the stupid young unprofessional young man hangs up on u .they need to get better employees

If you sign up for their email you get a free birthday scoop. But BEWARE do not come to this location if you would like to get your FREE BIRTHDAY SCOOP because you charge you fifty cents. I usually do not come to this location and I regret stopping by. Lady was really rude and seemed like she did not enjoy being their at all. Avoid this place and at all costs !!!

Please use gloves and hair nets. I got a sample of a new ice cream and you didn’t use gloves. Please use gloves!

I love baskin robbins.. always go to the one in west covina next to the movies but came to this one because it is near my son school. Went in there with my son and my cousin to use our gift card we got 3 scoops of ice cream to be told that the machine is not taking gift cards. We stood there for about 10 minutes so she can keep sliding it and entering in the numbers and it did not work. There was no sign on the door they didnt warn us prior that the machine isnt taking their gift cards. You would think if thats a form of payment they would advise that its not working. Just like if their machine wasnt taking credit cards Im sure they would have assigned cash only. They should have given us our ice cream for free because that was their error for not informing us but instead they made us use a different form of payment that in turn caused me to overdraft. I dont know if this is a franchise but I am definitely going to speak to corporate about this
