Lunch is the fastest service, later in the day they really fail in service, food quality is always high. Great burgers & fries

One of the best!!!! I have been to a ton of in n outs and I have to say this is on my top 5 in n out locations. I swear there not all the same!!🧐 I usually try to avoid in n outs that are drive through just because I hate sitting in the car waiting (hot summer this year). But this location is worth the wait. Not sure why but Everytime I come here they get it right. I am very much the customer who ask for everything well done. So sorry if your behind me but i tend to hold up the line.Avoid the line by coming before 8pm. This location does not have to much parking but they get the job done somehow.They do have restrooms off to the side.Customer service here is always on point. Never got someone who was short or dry with me.

Who doesnt like in-n-out? A so cal staple. Even if the line seems long, no worries...they usually get you through it pretty darn fast. Dont forget you can get grilled onions, protein wraps, animal style, or any combination of customized creations. They even make grilled cheese sandwiches if you need to, I admit I get grilled cheese onion sandwiches from time to time. I also like to get mixed flavored shakes, which really are more like soft serve ice cream in a cup....if you are going to eat in your car ask for a tray and placemats.

I didnt care for the customer service poor customer service only 1 employees for about 20 cars in the drive thru 2 lines opens it took for ever toget the food thats y I dont like to go to that in n out on hacienda and amar

A little bit different than other in-n-outs, in my opinion a bit better.

20mins for a burger. Gas prices are up -_- its frustrating foods okay. Protein animal double double (2) after gym. Cant go wrong with it

Great location! I try to avoid the walk in locations. The walkin locations tend to make more mistakes and for some reason the food is not as in point. I think it has to do with space. This location is so small I think the staff has nothing to do but just Hussle. This spot stays on point. Maybe sometimes they can be a little heavy handed. But ultimately the customer service is on point. Staff looks like they really enjoy working here and thats rare. On my stop here today I literally overheard an employee buying some food on there day of yelling that she loves everyone who works there. That is real.I timed my self today from the second I pulled in to the second I pulled out and it was 20min nice job thats exactly the amount of time I had. That was from the car line up that was almost hitting the main Street.U really like that they give kids free chocolate on rainy days. Thats a small gesture.Bathroom require a code and the parking can be tight. There is a large seating area. Over all experience was super positive and todays meal was on point.

Love this one . I go to it when in the area. Theres alot of people there, but its for a very good reason. Good food, friendly people, great service. Love it

All the in n outs Ive gone to and loved, this location has bad customer service she sounded like she didnt want to be there. Im not going to stop going to any other in n out just will not be returning here.

Id Give them 5 stars but the line. On Washington/Rosemead the line should be in the parking lot instead of out in the street. To make a right turn you have to practically wreak your car cuz thier in your lane and aint moving.

If you know, you know. If you don’t, you better go find out!Great employees, great employer! And the burgers speak for themselves. If It ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

My lettuce was wildered not fresh as it should have been.

The food was barely warm and I walked up to the window. They skiimped on the not so good fries. NO EXCUSE!

The reason why this place doesnt get five stars is because there is always a line of 15 to 30 car in the drive through.

Burger was too small it was not cooked all the way meat was too pink

I work right up the street. And I will say, burger was prepared just right. Enjoyed my vanilla shake. My jaws were sunken in 😳 Now thats a real vanilla shake.There is always a line, but lines move pretty fast. I have it 4 stars. Only because my fries got cold too quick. Thats my only compliant. Other than that, cool experience. Young Lady who took my order, was friendly and courteous. Cashier the same. Continue to do a great business and customer service. The line wasnt as long as other places, It moved pretty fast too. We order a few things and they were ready by the time we got to the window. Would definitely go again.

Dinner rush, line like always, but cant complain because it goes by quick. I have picky eaters who ask for a 3x3 lettuce only, grilled cheese plain, cheeseburger plain and hamburgers no onions. They havent failed to give me my order just the way we ask for it. 👍

This is my local IN-N-OUT and always have had issues here, power goes out, they run out of something. Twice now I have sat in the car line and was forced to drive through without getting anything. BOGUS.I thought it was settled and started giving them a go again, they started serving me pink meat now, even after I request well done. This is at least the 5th time in less than two months that this has occurred. They are in dire need of a health inspector visit.UPDATE: Went back on a whim after several weeks. Finally got a couple of Dutchman that were cooked properly all the way through. Lawsuit averted! However, they appear to be seriously slacking on everything else. I placed an order for several ingredients that are completely absent, even though they are posted on the receipt. I also had to clarify my drink to the cashier, she mentioned an extra large Coke, I specified an Xtra large Diet Coke/No ice. I also TWICE mentioned to her that I wanted chilies on the side, she even confirmed the request. I got no chilies. I got no onions. I got no pickles. I got no mustard. Im also pretty sure I got no extra well done, it appears and taste pretty normal, but at least there wasnt any pink meat present.

Cant beat a good burger, fries and drink combo with real flavor. Shakes have real ice cream. Lemonade made just right. Pile on those fries.

It was a drive thru, not what expected! My order single cheeseburger, fries & a chocolate shake. Again nothing to rave about. I have had much better hamburgers.

Fast service, no long lines, and crispy French fries were served unlike the soggy ones I usually get from other In N Outs. And to think only 3 people were working at this In N Out and worked fast and served great food.

The staff is always crispy white clean. They are friendly and efficient too. Food is great too. The fries and cheeseburgers are ALWAYS cooked perfectly. Lots of customers. There are outside tables if you choose to stay

Pretty good! My only gripe was I placed the order to the box it was lost when I got to the window. Waited an extra 5-10 minutes and noticed two more cars pulled alongside with me. Mustve been either human error or a system glitch.By the way... The order was still wrong 😁... Order receipt was correct but the burgers and the ticket on the burgers were wrong.I let it slide because I had a family waiting...and the fact this is the first INO mishap in the years Ive been coming here.

Love it!!!! There is not much I can say about in and out that somebody already has not said. I love the flavor the service and the simple menu they have i think thats my favorite thing the menu and prices. The workers here are really friendly and work really hard and organized did I mention fast. They always have given me great service.

I have been eating and in-and-out since I was 15 years old, Im now 68. 53 years later it is still my favorite place to get a Burger, fries and a Coke. Its number one for a reason theyre the best.

I wish they would get a vegan patty burger. Carls junior has an awesome one! Im not saying change the menu. Im saying add to it with the needs of people in changing times. Still a good veggie burger with no patty but the vegetables are always fresh, the staff is always friendly. The fries are tasty. I love that have Coke. Im a Coke person not a Pepsi one. I always have a good experience.

Always friendly service and quick. The double double cheeseburger my son loves best. He says it tastes really good. The ingredients are fresh and fries are just right, not hard, not too soft.

The only difference is how I order my Burgers and Fries or the size of my Shake. With or without onions, grilled onions, extra pickles, extra crispy fries, Single with or without cheese, Double Double or Animal. In N Out is consistently fresh.

Such an outstanding price for such a fresh, delicious, juicy spectacular Burger! I love the atmosphere and the employees, they are very kind and hard working. I have never had a problem with In N Out and have always left their establishments with a smile on my face and a full belly!

Love this location. My food is almost never wrong. They tend to get pretty busy but its in n out so what do you expect. So the few times they get it wrong I understand. It still tastes good 🤷‍♀️

Food was ok, not my best experience with the In-N-Out brand. The top bun of my double-double was burnt around the edges, my animal fries had hair in it, and it seemed to be that the well done fries were too well done... Hope to have a better experience next time.
