Made an online order for pickup. It was ready the next day. I liked that the young man in the front (wish I caught his name) acknowledged me in line while assisting someone else. Little things like that make you management and get you 5 stars. Keep it up.

Needed help getting items down from top shelves..no one comes to help?? Needed the lid for a plastic container I bought there asked the cashier if she or someone could get the lid as their was only one plastic box on the shelf. Cashier saud there is no one to help get it and I dont know where it is?. She asked if I needed bags for my items I was buying? I said yes please. She ignored me and put items in one if the boxes I was buying. I said what are you doing she said I have to charge .10 cents a bag you can carry them in box. I said No I cant carry them in box there to heavy. So I took items out put on counter and said I told you I wanted bags Ill pay. For them. In meantime line is all backed up with customers. And I gave her cash got bags. Then I had to bag them. Finally lady bag she bagged one bag.. Plus store is so messy with boxes all over hard to maneuver shopping cart. Cant find prices on items on shelfs have to pick up item look for tag with price most didnt have price tags. My experience was very bad. I used to love that store. But I will have to shop elsewhere? Good luck to anyone else going there.

Yeah they reorganize the store its nice needs a little bit more word you guys need to focus on the flooring the floors are just awful add a coat of paint on the walls for Gods sakes but everybody was pleasant kind and helpful

Did an online order and they were able to bring it into my car. Would purchase here again

They completely changed the store around. They have Food & Soap on the same aisle. Which concerns me. Aisle are all mixed up & everything looks out of place.

The story be a hell of a lot better if they took EBT join 2021

I was greeted when I entered the store and then by another person while I was shopping. This was my first ever shopping experience with Big Lots.I started picking up a lot of small things, kitchen items and essential oils. A nice man asked if I needed a basket and I did.Please restock baking soda since that was out.I wish someone mentioned the member rewards while I checked out so I could have saved more

They have great specials, and nice desk, a lot of house things and a lot of snacks.

Honestly the store is not very organized, not all products are labeled with prices. Store always looks rather dirty and rundown. The outside of the store is a complete mess. Trash everywhere, baskets turned upside down or on their side. I understand the stores next to it are closed and are in the middle of being remodeled, but there is no reason for this store to look so rundown and abandoned.

I always find what I need for the holidays..
