I needed help because I had taken my computer Best Buy due to problems with my keyboard. When I got home I soon realized I didnt know where all the lines plugged in. I called HQ and they sent someone out within a few hours. A verynice tech person who fixed my problem.

I brought in my MSI GE66 Raider 10SGS gaming laptop and he was able to identify the problem with the charging cable and fix it without needing to buy any parts and the charging cable still works which saves me money. Hes definitely a wizard; my only complaint would be that he keeps irregular hours but this is fully understandable if its because of covid-19.

DISHONEST!!! I brought my PS4 to be fixed. He charged me $90.00 because of SOFTWARE ISSUES hooked it up at home same problem showing no signal. Come to find out it was my TV that DIDNT work. Bought another TV & sure enough it worked. DISHONEST!!!!

David fixed my computer FOR FREE. A minor hardware tweak was all that was needed. He was very kind, and informative. It would have cost me $200 for me to take it anywhere just for them to look at it. Highly highly recommend.Call before, not open 24 hours.

This place is amazing! I thought there was no hope for my iPhone but they were able to fix my screen and home button and now my phone works just like new!

He repaired my laptop power port without having to replace it and informed me on how to keep from breaking it again. He was friendly and helpful. I cant recommend highly enough. He saved me while I was on a road trip from Idaho.

David fixed my cellphone problem in just five minutes, what three verizon tech. support people could not do in an hour, I was unable to receive multi-media texts or group texts, but thanks to David i now can. I would definitely use them again.

I 100% NO NOT recommend ANYONE coming and purchasing anything from this place for any reason! i had such a bad experience to the point where David (the worker) wanted to take me and my family to court because HE accused us of damaging our own Apple computer when we first brought it to him working 100% perfectly fine ; just needed an update, but he had the computer for basically 4 DAYS to fix when he said he will update it for us in 2 HOURS. he also was yelling at my mother because he did not want to give us our money back when i spoke to him on the phone and he said he will “no problem”. but at the end of the LONG 4 DAYS we got $70 back and a useless Apple computer with a virus and a broken, scratched hardrive. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL & IT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, HE IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS !! also is located at a very sketchy and uncomfortable environment !!! there is a much better, more professional AND RESPECTFUL customer service at a computer repair shop on the cross street of Colima Rd and Hacienda Blvd in Hacienda Heights called JMLINCE Computer Repair and Sales!!

THIS GUY DAVID IS A THIEF!!!!! I LOST $385 BECAUSE OF HIM.DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PRODUCTS TO THIS GUY. HE IS THE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I EVER DID BUSINESS WITH! When I first came to his shop he was arguing with some lady but didnt think anything of it so I asked him how much to fix my ps4 he tells me hell fix it for 85 when he previously told 80 but I didnt care it was only 5.So 2 days later I called him he finally fixed it and told me it was ready to go but after an hour of using it it turned off and did not want to turn on properly so it was the same problem that I had before I took my ps4 to him. I call DAVID back and let him know what happened he told me to bring it in AGAIN, I wait ANOTHER WEEK for him to tell me its my motherboard that i need for my ps4 to get fixed Wich cost $150 to get replaced. I said ok thats enough Im not spending another dime with this dude. I ended up buying a new ps4 when a week later I found out it was JUST A HARD DRIVE ISSUE MEANING THE WHOLE TIME THIS MORON THOUGHT IT WAS THE MOTHERBOARD IT WAS REALLY A 25$ HARD DRIVE REPLACEMENT THAT WAS NEEDED all I did was youtube it and bought a hard drive and fixed it myself. SO I WAISTED $85 ON THIS GUY. HE SAYS HES A PROFESSIONAL BUT COULDNT FIGURE OUT THAT ALL I NEEDED WAS A HARD DRIVE BUT INSTEAD CHARGED ME 85$ FOR SOMETHING ELSE THAT DID NOT EVEN NEED TO BE FIXED.SO THIS GUY WAS BASICALLY WAS GONNA MAKE ME BUY A MOTHER BOARD WICH I DOD NOT NEED SO HE COULD USE IT IN ANOTHER PS4 HE WAS GONNA FIX THATS THE REASON HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW MOTHERBOARD.sorry for the long review but definitely need to save someone from this sneaky guy.Thanks,
