There is something about this location that just left me searching for something.. Ive been to a few and the layout is usually not bad. This one didnt have the flow of items alot of back and forth between aisles that at my experience at other Grocery Outlet catered to. Not a bad experience, it was clean and not crowded and all that good stuff lol its only grocery shopping but still.... it couldve been better

Dont like that they dont bag your groceries, I can see if I brought my own bags in to be bagged. Feel like its just laziness, only they say because of covid. They already handle our groceries while they check you out, how could putting them in a bag make a difference, they handle bags when they place them at check out. Alot of changes since covid, but stores pick and choose which one is convenient to them.

Absolutely the worst customer service, most of the grocery outlets, well this one and the Baldwin Park, is the same, the worst customer service from the cashiers!!!!!!! Monday 7:30 pm!!!!!!cashers dont say hi or thank you, very rude!!!!

Generally a good experience. Lines sometimes get long but they will open extra checkouts to deal with it.Wish there were more healthy options - there are frequently no low sugar cereal options, whole wheat pasta, brown rice. Not much variety of fruit.Prices are generally good but some items with surprisingly high prices, so check price before buying. Frequently there are some really great deals.

This is my neighborhood store. They have great prices and their meat and cheese section rarely disappoints.There is a huge selection of beer, wine and spirits. Many labels for the wine and spirits are imported and new to me. Its been fun trying new varieties of wine and spirits and Ive been pleasantly surprised most of the time.Outlet stores tend to run out of popular products, so when you find something you like, BUY IT! There is no guarantee that it will be there when you return.

No public restrooms. I really had to pee! Open them up.

This location has more organic products! Just make sure to check the date. Some items are marked down because they are about to expire!

Used to enjoy my visits very much but its now a hit or miss when it comes to their customer service. I have repeatedly encountered a rude cashier. She is one of the older among their staff. I have seen her also treat other customers badly and choose to avoid her whenever possible.

The store is some what convenient, I just wish they had michelada cups which by the way they didnt but the fire wood was really cheap which is a plus

They have a variety of items but pricy and lots of the merchandise expires within the month, unless you are having huge family and use is worth. Myself I will not come here again, I rather go to another one

Had to stop on my way to a baby shower I forgot to bring back up tampons. Guess what...they only carried one kind, off brand! I mean I know its a grocery store but come on... That was the first time in a Grocery Outlet and probably the last.

Went to buy sweet and low or Stevie but did not carry not one brand of sugar less sweeteners. Prices are ok could be little lower. But for a neighborhood store we need it.

My friend bought the organic beef jerky one hour ago for .99, I came here try to get more,made me wait for 20mins to check the price (cause they said price not in the system,which is totally fxxxing your problem), I didnt expect they can give me such good customer shopping experience like Costco,but it does made pretty mad,if I can I would give 0star.would never come back, its the worst Grocery outlet ever been

Ok this is my market. Closet to my home im giving them a good rating but the one bad apple with a bad attitude cashier Luz Gonzalez has no customer relation skill. I wanted to buy this shirt for my son that bought for myself 2hrs before for $9.95 she rang up 14.95 i told her what i paid prior. she told me its 14.95 i got the reciept right here is there someone i can talk to. She start talking to next customer about my buisness. Looks at me and said its 14.95 you want to take chance to be charged 5 dollars more i told her your talking crazy that was 2 hrs ago. So i left but thought about it and said im going back in to tell her boss about her loud rude comments. Everybody there is really nice and helpful. But shes gotta go

Avocado Heights Grocery Outlet is smallish but mighty. I have shopped here since they opened. I like their vitamin selection (south end of store) The organic produce and bagged salad (SE corner), eggs, cheese and milk (east wall) and wine (NW corner)Sometimes the pricing isnt updated on the shelves, but if the manager is there he can clarify.

It was the guys first day and not only was the new guy nice the trainer was nice . .I say this because everyone is nice and the deals are even better...

I have been to a lot of grocery outlets around the LA area and Orange County. This one is by far the best Ive been to. Friendly service and lots of Bargains.

Visit was good. Unfortunately one item Tazo Matcha Green Latte found at a Los Angeles store was not at other locations. Disappointing but cant beat the savings of most other items sold across the board.

Good, clean supermarket. Large sushi and prepared food dept!

Great deals at this place. Worth stopping and taking a look. You can find different, not common items for cheap,(99¢) and taste good. And can find the usual grocery store pantry items too.

This market is outstanding when it comes to prices. Brand names at very low prices. Good selection of organic products for half the cost. Some products will be marked down even further- 2 for $1, 2 for $.97, 10 for $.97 just really good deals on products you find for alot more. There are times I cant find someone for help or there are no carts, but overall a nice, clean place for bargains.

I called to ask a question looking for an item and the person that answered said that she did not know if they carried the item that I should check online! I’m sorry but this is unacceptable!

I like this market. The prices are reasonable. The fruits and vegetables are inexpensive. Although some of the food on the shelves look old or imported. Flavor is different in some of the frozen buys. Buyer beware.🤐

I give this place a 3 star. It was my first time there. I found everything I needed. But when I got to the register it seem like the girl was having a bad day. It seemed like she hated her job. There was a man in front of me she was helping and he didnt speak English. There was a lady helping her Translate and he said so its 4 for $0.70. She looked at him and said, well if thats how you say $0.70 in Spanish I dont know Spanish. To me she was very rude and racist she looks like she needs a new job. So if you ask me next time you see her at the register . She has short black hair very skinny dark complected dont go to her she has a very bad attitude. Even a man that I was talking to out side said that she has been working their since they open the place and she has always been like that.

Love this store! There are always interesting finds! And the prices are the lowest. They have different stuff every time I go there. So if you find something you love, buy all of it cuz next time you go there they may not have it anymore. The food is fresh and Ive never had anything past its expiration date. They also have a health and beauty section and a houseware section too.

Nice looking store they have firewood for $3.99 a bundle. Everywhere else is $7.99or higher

So this place sells items that are leftover from other grocery stores, for a cheaper price. And the reason there are so many healthy food items and natural hygiene products in these stores is because these are usually the items most people dont like, dont know about, or consider too pricey. For example, when this new silk almond milk first came out that I started drinking, this store carried it, at a cheaper price, but as soon as it caught on in other stores, they stopped carrying it. This also means you want find everything you need, because they mainly carry leftover items.

I always buy more than Im expecting to! I walk in and see so many more great deals than those that are advertised in the weekly mailer.no complaints though! Great finds at great prices.

I used to really like this place, however, it seems since it changed ownership it has gone down hill. There is hardly ever carts in the front of the store, tou have to walk the parking lot to get one. You must really look at expiration dates. The other management would mark things expiring down, then remove them from the shelves, however, I went to buy items that were regular price yet they had expired weeks before. Many items in the store are more expensive then the regular grocery store and they dont take coupons. Definitely not my got to store.

The most horrendous smelling store that Ive ever walked into.This wasnt a one-time thing either... Three times over six weeks!I dont know how anyone can shop here and for their groceries? 🤮🤢

Great varierity of vegan milks, fresh berries, and groceries in general. They need more cashiers, Friday evening and there was only one, and manager to back up.

Its very nice for an emergency purchase. But I cant believe it now carries Folgers instant coffee! Sad part is you charge $5.99 and CVS only charges $3.99 for 8 oz. Container.

Prices arent as good as I thought as whole, however, they have excellent prices on frozen foods. Especially Talapia & chicken wings. Not a wide variety of items but its worth a visit for a few things.

I shop here because of the deals. Sometimes the employees seem like they hate their jobs just look like they dragging their feet sometimes. But never had a bad experience here. Its always clean and stocked.

This store andhad a variety of items from cheese, to organic veggies! And everything in between! Vitamins, organic skincare, plants, yoga mats, crock pots, blenders, French press coffee maker. A little bit of everything here, I recommend stopping by!

I know that it is an outlet store so you cant expect to find the same items week to week. Which is a shame. But what I do expect week after week is good customer service. Grocery Outlet is consistent with their bad customer service. Just because I have an EBT card is no excuse to be treated rudely. I shopped there today an when it was my turn to go through the checkout lane I told the checker that I would be using an EBT card. This usually lets the know that I will be needing my groceries bagged. He proceeded to ask me if I would be needing any bagsI told him yes I would. He finished scanning my items, told me my total and pushed my items to the side. He then proceeded to start scanning the next person that was behind me an did not acknowledge me at all. Needless to say I ended up bagging my own purchase. It took three bags filled to the top to get the job done. I know from now on I wont be buying anything at Grocery Outlet, no matter how close the store is to my home.I didnt get the checkers name, but wears glasses. Has wirery hair that he parts to the right an he has a scar or birthmark on the left side of the back of his head. If he is there, go through another check stand.
