I know its harbor freight and they are known for cheap tools. But let me tell you, I bought a peanut grinder (horizontal grinder) about 8 years ago from there. I paid 8 bucks for it and its still going strong. That little grinder has paid for itself 50 times over. So when ever I need a quick little tool I go here.

This place is amazing with amazing deals. The sales associate Brianna J. Was very helpful and informative and even tho she didn’t know much about air compressors she went out of her way to get me the information I needed and the parts came out cheaper than expected. Very clean and organized with great management. Keep up the good work.

I was shopping for someone else, and am not familiar with electrical. Automotive, yeah, electrical, not so much. I had tne item numbers, and knew the purpose, but my knowledge lacking. I asked for help, and they were very accommodating.Out of stock on the ideal solution, but we put together an alternative that turned out great!

Tools are cheap and made in China. Only good for one time use. I wouldnt use unless you dont care if you or someone else gets hurt or dies. Good luck finding anything made in USA here!

About a year ago I returned three sets of jack stands to this store because they were being recalled for cracking at the welds. I accepted the refund offered to me via a gift card. I used a very small amount of the value of the card during that visit but still had a good amount of money remaining. I returned to the store today and tried to use card to pick up a few tools and was told the card had a zero balance. I was told to call the number on the back of the card for further information. I called the number and was told by an automated voice that indeed the card had a zero balance. In retrospect I should have just taken the refund in cash. Not sure if I have any recourse at this point but hopefully others will learn from my mistake.The tools sold here are far from great quality but the price you pay for them should be a big clue as to what to expect. Most are cast from poor and inferior materials however they will get the job done for a limited time. If you are looking from some tools for light duty around the house or to take to the junkyard...these might be the tools for you.The Icon line of tools is Harbor Freights attempt to compete with the bigger, well-known names in the tool industry. They look decent and have a lifetime warranty which is a plus. The Icon tools also are priced considerably higher than their other lines of tools. I decided to give them a try and bought one Icon ratchet today. Well see how well it holds its own against the Snap-On, Craftsman, and Matco counterparts in my tool box.

Very friendly staff. They helped me with all the questions I had about a tool. They have the best discounts in tools. Mostly always 20% percent off in any item at the store. The store is really clean and very easy to find any tool that you’re looking for. I recommend this store to anyone best prices and friendly staff. There’s is also a little paper you can filed to get free coupons in your mailbox. I recommend it

Came here for the free 24 pack of batteries with any purchase. Workers were super friendly and cool with my online coupon which was highly appreciated since a lot of other places are a bit more grumpy about getting those.Prices are incredible thank God that coupon got me in the door. Im definitely coming back for more equipment and other things for home improvement.

I wouldn’t come here for power tools but for demolitions cats paws and pry bars yes

I went there to get a Predator 212 motor and they were completely out of stock. They said they will be out of stock until there next shipment which is on Sunday.

Employees at that certain store are very helpful even if theyre busy theyll stop what theyre doing and let you know where anythings at first time there I have never been there before but they were very polite very helpful and they went above and beyond to let me know what I needed for the job I was about to do

Great shopping experience. Very friendly staff and helpful. If you sign up for the rewards programs they send you additional discounts. Product are not top brands but great for DIY weekend repair or project tools.

When needing a question answered, an employee allways has the right answer.The lines at registers go fairly quickly unless a customer wants to carry on about there discount or credit towards there product.

Cheap and full of useful tools, just one thing is missing...employees to help you finding the right tools or where they are.

Cheap disposable tools. Cheap price, if it breakers, buy a new one. If you buy things here, go with low expectations.Ive had a good experience with their hand tools. Less than great with the power tools. You get what you pay for. Some times I get lucky, and the tools lasts for years.

Pretty well stocked, but the categorization of the store is sometimes very hard to understand, so makes it difficult to find things if you are looking for something specific. Decent tools at a very good price.

While they have no big box stock items, as in name brands, youd be surprised by items you will find, today for example I found a handy third hand good for working on hobbies etc.

Never had a bad experience yet at this location.. dont expect great quality products.. the prices are low for a reason lol. Fantastic to get some tools if you do light work around the house or ur cars

For some tools its a great place to find a deal. Not all of the tools are all that great. They do have a great selection of all the different types of tools and their prices pretty much cant be beat. Overall a really good place to go tool shopping.

A little before 6pm on New Years Day, this HF was opened until 8pm, so I made 2 purchases. Very quick and easy, located and bought two 4-tier shelving racks for my garage and they were on sale less than the magazine price, plus I had their 25% off coupon on my phone. Alice assisted me correctly and politely and rung up my coupons on my celly. Very stocked store!! I also had a coupon for free AA batteries too. No problems with parking.

I like going here, its cheap tools for decent quality (You always get what you pay for so quality = price, not all of their tools are that reliable). They dont have a lot of employees so good luck getting help around - do your research before coming here so you know what youre getting and not waste you time finding someone for help. The employees are pretty helpful when they can.

Was having trouble finding an item. Store manager approached me and checked their inventory. Turned out another store had in stock. While at the checkout for the rest of my purchase, the store manager had the associate double check if any of my items had a mailer coupon. Friendly and helpful staff. Made my visit to dads-disneyland that much better.
