Wonderfully made with very strong pivots for attachments. I bought the mocha brown for privacy outside my bedroom balcony. Going to order the beige for my front porch railing. Measure your space, then email them for custom order, they email you back with a price, pay online with the email link. Products comes within 4-5 days. Simple. American made company very happy. In September 2016 we purchased 200 of blue LED rope lights from Alion Home to adorn our 190 dock in Key Largo, Florida. We leave the lights on the dock all year long. The lights are beautiful, crystal clear and bright. We have had many neighbors comment on the beauty of the lights and we must agree we made the right decision when we purchased the LED lights from Alion Home.

They were incredibly helpful with figuring out what I need, and the shade quality is top notch. It looks so good on my patio railing. They even helped me figure out how to remove my old shade when I couldnt! I would order from them again in a heartbeat.

I came across this company through Amazon. I was looking for a balcony privacy screen everywhere local (Toronto, Canada) and no one had anything! So I googled, as most do, found the Amazon posting and voilà. I thought the pricing and shipping through Amazon would be more than going straight to the source, but I may have to check that again. If you live in America, youre set, but the shipping to Canada was more than the price of the screen itself. So sad. Ridiculously expensive. But I couldnt find anything and this was exactly what I wanted so I bit the bullet and ordered. It came very quickly and was packaged well. I ordered the wrong size and due to the cost of shipping, doing an exchange would cost a fortune. So I reached out to Alion and they were so quick to respond and very helpful and pleasant. I just ordered the rest of the length I needed. Putting it up was very easy. In some spots, unfortunately, the grommets didnt line up well so we had to poke our own small holes. We LOVE it!!! You can still see through it a bit which I like but only up close. Our neighbours have already asked where we got it. Thank you so much Alion!!!

I have tried multiple shade cloth options for my Pergolas in Palm Springs, this is by far the best quality and longest lasting. It even looks the best. I am extremely happy with it.

Ordered panels for our pergola on the lake to help block the sun. Ordered panels enabled us to still see the lake but block most of the sun, custom order, they were great to work with and the panels were even better than we expected. Worked with Justin on the custom panels and he was extremely helpful. I would very highly recommend this company, pricing was great, speed of delivery for custom panels was beyond expectation and the company was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
