I really love my ColourTree rectangular sail. It is 8.5 x27 feet and covers the pergola that provides shade for my sunroom. Without it my sunroom would be too hot. I have contacted them several times and they are great to work with. I will be ordering another shade from them in the future for my new deck. John

I ordered two shades from Walmart.com. When my package arrived it had my label on the outside of the box. When I opened the box I noticed it was the wrong shipment, and had a packing list for a customer in Texas. I called the Colortree office, and was advised to send pictures via text message. She confirmed it was a shipping error, and that she would expedite the correct order for delivery. A week passed with no response. I called back from a different phone number because she wouldn’t answer my calls anymore. When she did answer she made a excuse, and sent me a screenshot of a tracking number that she just created. When you try to track the number for three days the only thing is saying is label created. That’s because she only created the label, and didn’t ship anything. UGH.We’re all Humans honesty goes a long way. She definitely failed in this category.Walmart was kinda helpful…waiting on them to refund my money. SMH!

Very Disappointed. Turf is low quality and overpriced. I tried to get in touch with their customer care multiple times but had no success in resolving the problem, instead I was avoided. Its unfortunate that I had to waste my time and money to realize this is not a good business to purchase from.

We ordered several shade sails with straight edge for our long patio. They are high quality, easy to install and provide just the right amount of sun control without darkening our house from inside. Had a problem with one shade and it was promptly replaced and refunded. Great customer service. Would highly recommend!Thank you, ColourTree!!

I purchased a large Sun screen for my back chain link fence a year ago. It was ripping, I saw it had a warranty, so I contacted the company and sent pictures. They sent me a new one the next day! Awesome customer service! I highly recommend this company.

This company has a great warranty dept ! I bought an 8 x 27 windscreen for my garden and in two years part of it had ripped from the wind.I called the company because I noticed it had a three-year warranty and within two days he is sending me a whole new one ...thank you Kyle!

I had a few issue with my product 1 year after the purchase. I have contacted the customer service and they replaced my product, just like they say they offer a 3 years warranty, this is very appreciable. THANK YOU!

Made in China (Junk). Purchased 2 rectangle shades for my side yard and both dry-rotted within a year. Colourtree said they couldnt do anything about it because I purchased them from Home Depot. I looked up the company on California Business Registry and it said Colourtree was an importer. Do yourself a favor and deal with a company that makes products in the USA.Update 11/11/20: I called ColourTree customer service and spoke with Kyle. He was rude, arrogant and extremely unhelpful. He said under no circumstance will he replace the shades that I purchased from Home Depot, regardless when they were purchased and regardless what the company posted here on Google. He said further, if I wasnt happy with his decision that I can go buy some other brand. Ive never dealt with such an unprofessional company as ColourTree Shade Sails in Puente, CA.

ColourTree delivers on quality and customer service! I was very happy with the quality of the shade screen that I received, but because of a misunderstanding, the length was shorter than desired. ColourTree was very responsive in rectifying the situation. Thanks, ColourTree!
