Had issues with credit card payment so we used a second cc to cover the charge back. Turns out the first cc also paid. So, one order was paid for twice. Tried to resolve the problem with them but to no solution, Sabrina was absolutely of no help. I deal with customers all day long so making sure the customer is happy is key but not these guys. I still cant get over that they charged me for cartridges twice and refuse to make things right.
