Very rude staff, I walked nearly 3 miles to get to this store to buy few stuff, before purchasing I asked the cashier can I use bathroom, he said yes, I went and purchased my items, then asked again about bathroom a lady name Hailey, refused to let me use the bathroom, and when asked why?she just repeated with an angry voice NO!, when I asked her for store number and Manger number, she refused. Very disappointed,

Very slow and understaffed. Decent selection of items is the extra star otherwise it would be one star. Be ready for a long wait if you are doing prescription-related things, expect double the amount of time they say is the wait time.

Pharmacy is sllllooooow!!!!!! There is no way I should have to wait in line for an hour to pick up my prescription. (I didn’t come inside bc I have 2 sleeping babies). I dropped off my prescription at 6 the night before, they told me it would be ready by 8 that night, it wasn’t ready until 11 the next day! 🙄

I had a really bad service with the cashier. She had an attitude and would not receive my rewards since “it’s not real money”

Hit and miss at this place. Sometimes my meds are prepared, and sometimes I’m told they are ready when in fact they are not. Also the lines are as long as the bread line during the Great Depression.

This is a horrible Walgreens. They misplaced my photo order, and then instead of trying to compensate or even apologize, they just tell you to come back and redo it. Leadership is rude and the staff under them seem lost and ill trained.

I decided not to go into the dollar store near my house because I sat in their lot watching customer after customer enter with no mask. As I entered your store, a gentleman went in before me with no mask. The young man at the cash register stopped the man and I assume asked him to leave....I went around to get past him and didn’t look back.I’m a cancer survivor. When I see a store filled with non mask wearers, I go to a different store.Thank you for requiring masks.

Very poor customer service. If you need to get a vaccine go elsewhere like the Music City Center in Nash.

Pharmacy hours: Monday-Friday 9a-9p. Saturday 9a-6p, Sunday 10a-6p. You can purchase OTC items through the drive through but they ask that you be considerate of others (dont bring your grocery list when there are a ton of cars).On Tuesdays the store opens from 8a-9a specifically for senior shoppers. Due to nationwide shortages this location has been sold out of masks, hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen peroxide for at least a month. This location is participating in Express Delivery. Available Monday through Friday, the pharmacy can mail prescriptions that are not controlled substances or refrigerated items to the address on a patients profile. This service uses FedEx and is no additional charge to the patient. The pharmacy must be notified before 5pm & have payment info on patient profile to charge if copay. Walgreens online has the glade wax warmer on sale for $8.40 I went hoping they would price match their OWN online sale but they do not. A little weird. The girl at the register was nice and prompt with finding someone who could answer my question.

Will NEVER visit this clinic again!! Vanderbilt took over the quick clinic and is literally charging over 3 times as much for the same flu test I had on the last visit. This is before insurance even, so beware as well that yours may not cover at all! $400 for a flu test? BS! FYI Walgreen’s: consider the testimonials to all neighbors and friends in the area, not to mention this review, good luck!

My son was complaining about a sensitive issue. A nurse from Vandy recommended that I take him to Walgreens for a quick check up. It was a very nice experience. NP. Patience Echem was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will return its convenient and fastAnd thank you for the follow up. That means alot when people care about their clients

A nice lady helped when my legs went numb helped me so much. A very nice lady in the pharmacy expedited my prescriptions. I forgot to get both of their names. I gentleman named Matt helped me get back to my car. You do not see people help like that much anymore. Thanks so much Walgreens in LaVergne and staff

I printed photos on Friday, and I have tried picking them up since. Its now Monday and still can not get anyone in the photo area to receive photos that I printed 4 days now.

These folks in the pharmacy are incompetent how do they keep their jobs. They do not keep sufficient supplies of medication on hand you are made to come back to the store only to be told that its not in. The pharmacists laugh at the customers who they know are going to have issues. Hire some decent people.

The pharmacy needs to be trained in customer service . I have only been in 2 times where they had good people. It changes every time I go. They are rude and hateful. The the customer service up front is exclexcel. I was a rite Aid customer for years and they had the best staff there and customer service was awesome. They could learn a lot from from these people. Hire them since you bought the stores.

The pregnant pharmacist was mean and very rude while I was trying to get my meds refilled. If could I wouldnt give the walgreens any stars, because this one is too many.

I have been going to Walgreens for 15 years (many locations) and have never experienced bad customer service until visiting this location.Their senior tech, John, in their pharmacy was extremely rude during my last visit. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.I will not be back!

I have been going here for almost 2 years and have been denied my medication more than 5 times and have had to wait longer than the amount of days my medication is supposed to last me. Such BS. Basically they would rather me be sick the next however many days they make me wait. About half the time I am able to get my meds without a problem. I thought a pharmacist was supposed to help people with their health issues but ever since Ive been going here Ive had major problems and it really upsets me. They look so surprised when I get upset but I bet they would be upset if someone they could care less about decided they were gonna make them be sick tomorrow and the next however many days it ends up being. When I dont have my medication I am so sick I cant usually even get out of bed and I cannot afford to be sick with the job I have. They need to get their act together or Im not gonna continue to give my $500 a month to people who obviously dont care if Im able to live a normal life

I switched to this pharmacy several months ago. Mistake, Theyve made several mistakes and when I try to bring up what has or is currently happening they talk over me and I have to stop explaining what it is. Always on phone hold for 12 to 15 minutes also.

Rude at pharmacy. Called district ofc and filed a complaint against the pharmacist. Was told i could pick up prescription only to be denied w/o a phone call which should have been proper protocol. Was embarrassed in front of customers in line. Will never go back to this store and have been customer 20 yeaes

3 cars in front on me at the pharmacy drive thru and no transaction. I get to window and my meds where not ready either. So once again no transaction. I will never send another prescription to walgreens after this.

Doing recovery work with Red Cross. Everyone I spoke with in pharmacy was courteous and helpful.

Worst place ever. There was a woman that claimed to be the manager. She was a racist woman she refused to let me buy my groceries. I wasnt doing anything wrong I was just trying to buy some band aids
