Was there 4 hours and could not get a car. The 2007 Camry we test drove had weed spilled all in it, dirty and the glamor shots posted on line were not as in person. They said it was detailed, but that must have been in 2007. While we were waiting I checked out the FJ they have and are asking $12k. Its been wrecked, rear speakers didnt work, rust, and over 240k mi should sell for around $9k.ANYWAYS. WENT TO **321DRIVE** THE NEXT DAY AND GOT A CAR for my teen daughter with no cosigner. !What was also weird was No one ever came in that whole time to buy a car. While at 321 Drive they were SLAMMED, you figure it out ;)

I drove 2 hrs to this place to buy a 2014 Ford F-250 got there looked at the truck top and bottom, test drove it 10 minutes bought the truck drove it home 10 or so minutes after getting home I saw oil coming from underneath, so now I have a $30,000 truck that is in the shop waiting to be repaired. Called many times for a week asking if they would pay the $400 to fix it; they said they would pay $200 if I didn’t post a bad review! been a week and a half and haven’t received anything. I ask the sales lady how long they have had the truck she told me 3 weeks to a month but when I called about the oil leak she said it has set in the same spot on the lot for 3 months with no oil leak, thing is it doesn’t leak if the engine isn’t running. So I bought the truck 2 weeks ago and literally only got to drive it 2 hrs the day I bought it! I completely understand when buying a used car AS IS but it’s a $30,000 dollar truck and only $400 to fix it! Just seems like the right thing to do! I would not advise doing business here! I will never again! The only reason I’m giving 1 start is because it wouldn’t let me post the review otherwise

I was surprised that my experience was different from other dealers that I went to. I was car hunting for about month and every experience was “pressure sales”. When I visited United Auto it was the complete opposite. They had a great inventory and they gave me the time to choose which vehicle was best for my family and I. The process was smooth and I absolutely love the vehicle that I bought. I can’t say enough about the pricing. My vehicle was much lower than the market value so I knew I couldn’t beat that deal. Overall great experience because Lisa, Wayne, and Paul were very friendly. I referred 2 of my close friends and I was compensated for that also. I highly recommend United Auto for just about anyone regardless of your situation .

Buyer beware!! The deception in this dealership runs deep. Sure they were friendly to start, of course they want you to buy a car. But get that car checked out by a qualified mechanic before you purchase. Learning lesson for me indeed.Make sure your car has its catalytic converters in place and it is a legal car to drive. My advice: avoid this place like the plague!
